    Gotta love the wannabe mods on the “Adults Table.”  Removed by Heffy for calling out a different mod.  Didnt violate any rules. Just called out an abuse of ‘power’.  Guess wannabe mods dont like criticism?

      do you have any insider knowledge? I mean it seems like you already know that something is going to happen. Can't imagine that JR would agree to such a move 3 weeks ahead of the TL. Well, I would like the Rangers to be our trade partner, because they certainly have the assets (especially prospects that would make sense for the Nucks).

    Motte & Dickinson should be 2/3rds of a solid, solid 4th line. But having Chiasson on the line 5-on-5 has made it virtually unplayable. Bringing back Bailey or, better, calling up Lockwood and waiving Chiasson or Hunt seems like a no-brainer.

      it seems like a no-brainer for you, but not for the coaching staff. It's quite telling that some fans seem to have a better understanding what needs to happen to right the ship.

      on a side note: the fourth line on a 5-on-5 isn't the most pressing problem of this team.

      - scoring slump of Boeser + Pettersson

      - inept PP

      - horrendous PK and the lack of PK specialists

      - lack of confidence of the whole team

      - coaching staff issues

      - clueless GM

      - owner who isn't able to take action .... and so on ...

    5 game road trip against beatable teams. Can the boys get it together finally and come home close to .500?

      remember the first roadtrip.

      Detroit and Buffalo were also supposed to be beatable teams. Even tough Canucks lost both games.

      Look at the last game against Chicago.

      Chicago is a bad team and when they came into town they were tired.

      Nevertheless Van couldn't take advantage of it.

      This team is done.

      Toronto Maple Leafs with an impressive win against the Bruins tonight and now having already 15 points. They get goals from their top six forwards almost every night - in contrast to Vancouver Canucks. Great times ahead for the Toronto Maple Leafs.

    I don't understand the people who constantly complain about the team even after a win. Apparently having fun enjoying hockey is not allowed. lol

      Easy answer, because Canucks will not make the playoffs this season. In hockey it's all about making the playoffs.

    Absolutely no point to firing Benning just to replace him with one of the few executives with a more dinosaur approach to the game. I don’t think I’ve met a single fan on any side of the fanbase who would prefer we fire Benning if it meant bringing Tallon in. Yikes to that rumor

      Could Darryl Sutter a suitable candidate for the GM position ? I recall that he was tremedously successful with the L.A Kings.
