Looks more like OEL Hughes Dermot Myers Rathbone Schenn Burroughs for 7th Hopefully poolman is waived or back to LTIR as he was horrible. Looks like Wolanin might have earned the 8th spot. Dermott and Burroughs also play both sides so lots of options how to juggle for injuries and rest days.

I have watched every preseason game so far. Team has not looked good. Not much of anyone down the prospects is ready to challenge for a spot. Only Wolanin has looked decent past the original projection of d men. We needed to know this at training camp and get the team firing on all cylinders. Not sure why it was not obvious. Let's ice an NHL team and get some momentum.

Need to start to put out an attempt at a regular season lineup. Wolanin looked better than poolman. Think that says more about poolman. Need to play to get some winning habits going. Have not been up to snuff yet.

The canucks want proven young players not raw draft prospects for Miller. That is why this was not an ideal draft day trade. It will come.

I think Rutherford had a hand in this coaching group and that the group itself has a succession plan. BB will train amd gradually give way to Scotty Walker. Former Canucksplayer that BB keeps telling us how he is so bright and has so many great ideas.

I hope we run next year with BB. Then the next year BB/Walker. Then the next year Walker. Nice smooth transition to a former canuck behind the bench again. BB experience and a young guys drive and new ideas.
