  1. From everywhere I've seen it talked about, the majority of people have wanted him gone. From this site to others. Either way, 98% of people on here haven't watched an Abbotsford game in their life so it's just an uninformed opinion. Personally I'm neutral on the subject.
  2. Interesting vote of confidence for Cull seeing as most of the fanbase wants him Culled
  3. I like Lockwood but I wouldn't count on him for offense. 0 points in 15 career NHL games.
  4. Thanks for the shout out, I didn't get around to watching much of the U18s admittedly, although I will say every time I see Marco Kasper play he climbs my list. Right now he's in my top 10. I'll have another list ready to go closer to the draft.
  5. Didn't deserve the job in the first place.
  6. If NJ wants Boeser or Garland, would either of them plus a guy like Rathbone for their 1st pick and the rights to Severson do it?
  7. That's a tough one. I'd be way more inclined to trade one of our top 6 forwards not named Pettersson if NJ was interested. Hughes is too much of a unique talent, he's really invaluable to our team.
  8. Our Keppen. He's an overager but got sent back to juniors from Abbotsford partway through the season.
  9. If Rathbone isn't with the big team next year (easily replaces Hunt?) I think he will be traded eventually.
  10. Why don't you think Bruce will be back? All signs point to him being back next year.
  11. Luneau reminds me a little bit of Doughty in the sense he's a complete player... really well rounded defenceman with good size, can throw a hit, stick positioning is solid, and offence is there. He'd be my pick in the 15-20 range.
  12. He's been reportedly asking for upwards of 8 million per year on a long term deal. No thanks.
  13. How dare you bring sensible reactions into this thread
  14. I think Bruce will be back. However if there's room for another assistant/associate coach maybe kick the tires on Gronberg? Or hire him for Abbotsford? He's pretty much won everything on the other side of the pond, is youngish, and has a great beard. What's not to like.
  15. Wasn’t a stupid question. Believe it or not, people are allowed to be curious about the unknown. But thanks for your input!
  16. I mean, violence is never really the answer. If there was corruption I'm sure the league would know about it, plus even if they do, it doesn't seem like they have any inclination to do anything about it. The bad reffing seems pretty widepsread anyways, bad calls happen to everyone.
  17. As a matter of fact I do. By the way, things were a lot different in 1972 if you hadn't noticed. The solution is to look around the league and see that plenty of teams and their fans get subjected to the same terrible refereeing. In fact, it's pretty much league wide. The only thing consistent about these refs seems to be the fact they blow calls pretty often. It sucks the solution isn't violence but I want you to stay hopeful!
  18. Why don't you go intimidate some police officers and let us know how that works out for you.
