  1. What a dumb take. I wouldn't expect any less from you. You must have missed the part where they were traded for each other. It was one bad contract for another.
  2. Seattle is still another two years out, so what will Francis being doing for at least the next year?
  3. Well, since he apparently moved back to Dallas, they can loan him to the Texas Stars.
  4. Why would we trade for Lucic now? That was the rumored trade at the deadline, not now.
  5. It doesn't matter if he has an NMC because he is still eligible to be exposed in the Seattle expansion.
  6. Yeah, I did. You're a perfect example of pot meeting kettle.
  7. Yet, no one wanted Hutton, even though apparently he was being shopped. If other teams didn't want him, that means he had no value. What part of that do you not understand?
  8. Who the hell cares what people on here proposes in a trade for Hutton, or any player? What a stupid argument. You sure seem to be stuck on this idea that we can force a trade with other teams. It doesn't mater what value we place on him, what matters is the value actual GMs put on players like Hutton. Deal with it.
  9. Who cares? Smith has less cap hit and one less year on his contract.
  10. Uhh, yeah, we are all nobodies. I'm not the one who thought otherwise. So, once again, why should I take your word that Benning is a horrible GM?
  11. Oh, well if you and a bunch of nobodies on a forum says he is the worst, it must be true. I'm not surprised you'd think that, since you fancy yourself some sort of insider. Don't think I forgot about that stupid thread where you proclaimed we were trading Cody Hodgson for Corey Perry. When that didn't happen, you hid in shame. You have no hockey knowledge if you are going to honestly try to tell us Benning is on the same level as Milbury.
  12. That's not an excuse when you look at teams like Tampa and Chicago, who also picked late, yet they still found gems later in the draft. There were plenty of great players Gillis could have drafted, but he chose busts instead. Horvat is literally the only successful draft pick from the previous regime.
