A good thread with a strong title it's been left wanting with the weak non relevant poll questions. Surely better could have been done? How does one participate when poll options are sarcasm and far fetched?

The character of "George"is a self serving idiot. The trade proposal seems unlikely. An opposite strategy, of which none have spoken, I can't really say cause I'm stupid.

Swagger - Which current player has the most?

This thread deserves a poll JT's a close second but swagger has a chill so..with that said.....PETEY:) -

There it is. Dominos and jigsaw pieces falling into place while we all clutch and grab. The organization fits it together then comes at us with a big announcement. Suits me just fine. -

Holtby's filling a spot. Mikey D's fine. A goalie system/pipeline pays off later. -

BP you hit the nail on the head. If Svechkof is gone then Wallstedt works. Didn't IC create a productive goalie system for CBJ which still benefits them? We could ride on that by choosing Wallstedt then later taking advantage of the outcome. -
So - Who Should The Canucks Take At The Number 9 Spot?
Cat Man replied to Patel Bure's topic in Canucks Talk
Svechkov. The old "dog on a bone" mentality. One of if not the best two way player in the draft. Six foot 180lbs at 18yrs, at 20yrs. 6'2"and 200lbs perhaps. Centre signed with SKA for two years....sound familiar -
You've got beard driers in your helmet. Though lack of a podium, you remain a hero.

(Podium) : definition, an anonymous contributors keyboard shouting into a empty room SS, appreciate your wishes. Your humility shines through. Gonzaga..you can really do that? I'll be all over that $&!#. Absolute power corrupts.....absolutley. Where can I sign up?

Svechkov Lysell Wallstedt in preferential order. -
Understand...too often I get curt. Was going to ride 2 wheels in Asia till we landed in Penang way back and found myself overwhelmed by the "traffic chaos". A close friend who went all over told me you have to drive like your hair's on fire like everyone else. I've others who are still recovering from scooter accidents. Keep the rubber side down...peace out. Go Jets.

Good point about Sutter. He's not heavy but he's skillfull at it. With EP40 it's seems like strapping a plough harness on a race horse -

For some time now it's surprised me that there isn't more of a consensus on this opinion. I can't talk to the finer details of whats demanded of a centre but it seems EP40 just isn't good enough at face-offs. Will his build ever allow him to have success and muck it up the dot game after game? Beagle, Bo and JT are outstanding in the dot, look at how they are built. What has Petey's FO percentage wins been? Not to distract from Pod's thread but it's so many times that we project lines and yet I've always thought JT was/is the lotto line centre. So looking forward to VP's arrival. Hmmm......now this fellows built like a centre. -

We could have ended up with some fellow from Borat's neck of the woods by the sounds of Smyl's draft stage "mangulation" -

Some things can't be figured. Seems it's more "listen to my" hopelessness and helplessness for some -

Steamer mangling Pod's last name though slightly awkward, was mostly hilarious! JB accepted the two year Russia risk taking a possible 3rd OA at 10th OA when he fell. Now he's our's for a full 3 year ELC. Sounds and feels like a plan....nearing fruition. -

Hopeless and helpless? Not always. There can be a brighter and perhaps easier side. -
