    He's been a decent player and been on an AHL contract. Good depth and could be a future long term AHL guy as some veterans have left. He might get a game or two but he's down the depth chart.

    The canucks have used 16th dmen this year, having a bunch of guys who can fit that 7-10 range is needed. It'll be interesting the camp battles next year.

    Canucks have used 14 dmen this year, I'm not gonna complain about any depth dmen signings or spend time debating on where they'll end up in the lineup at this time

    This was more about a team that wasn't a contender losing assets for no return. Losing 2 players during training camp isn't great regardless of those players careers. It's a bit of a meme now but there is truth that benning's assest management was terrible.

    ... yes. Good. That's what the the bottom six should look like. We were also strapped when we had 3m plugs. At least an 800k plug is cheap. We want players playing above their cap not below.
