[Report] Pentagon Officially Releases UFO Videos
Kanukfanatic replied to Kobayashi Maru's topic in Off-Topic General
Over and above those three videos that were released were some very interesting other UFO appearances including the Phoenix lights and the giant UFO seen by the Japanese airlines pilot up near Alaska. The Phoenix Lights was supposedly a giant V shaped object seen by thousands of people. The Arizona Governor tried to make fun of those that saw it because he was so deep into the "ridicule UFO sightings" thing that was around from the 50s until 2000 or so.That attitude is slowing going away. The Governor later came out to confirm he saw it to but was too scared to say so 20 years previous so he made fun of others. I think the next 10 years, for anyone interested in this phenomenon, will be very interesting. -

One of those Navy pilots, the one with the aeronautical engineering degree, says he doesn't know what they were. He pretty much says they are from another world/time/dimension but doesn't. Very competent person. His buddy described the one that blew through the middle of the two jets flying together as a cube inside a sphere. I highly doubt the Americans, Russians, or Chinese can build those but who knows for sure. -

No chance the people in the know tell an idiot like that anything. -
...their... I don't worry about the Canucks CAP. They have experts that understand the CAP to deal with that.

That open door tried to kill Boeser. Ban all the open doors!!!

Highly doubtful. Hockey will be back once this has gone through another wave. No need to type stuff based on absolutely nothing. Can't wait to get to my next Canuck game!!

[Report] Pentagon Officially Releases UFO Videos
Kanukfanatic replied to Kobayashi Maru's topic in Off-Topic General
Personally I find it odd that the giant Asian "Murder Hornets" are getting more media time than a whole bunch of armed forces pilots seeing UFOs including an aerospace engineer pilot who says these objects are being intelligently controlled and there is no way it is man made. Very strange lol. Although, maybe it is like my wife says. Everybody has so much going on in their lives (kids, dogs, covid, financial pressures, etc etc) that she does not have time (or does not want to) think about alien life actually being on this planet. For those interested go watch "Unidentified: Inside America's UFO Investigation". Fascinating imo. -

It came out in 2017. -
I could not agree more. Weak cdn judges think a life sentence is 5 years. Pathetic....
-
Hahaha....yeah. SID is once again correct. The bolded is hilarious.

Yeah..and some posters may want to see what weird play toys you own? Or what internet sites you visit....etc etc. You can say close the loop all you want when the sentences you say them in don't even make sense. Oh..and by the way...the FOIPPA protects your privacy so no....you can't just go online and see whatever anyone else is doing. Your arguments are ridiculous.

"Shaming" others is a weak approach to dealing with an issue. It has also proven over and over to be ineffective. So....no thanks.

[Signing] Canucks sign Nils Hoglander
Kanukfanatic replied to -Vintage Canuck-'s topic in Trades, Rumours, Signings
Didn't Hoglander already say he will play in Sweden if he does not make the Canucks? -
Good to see BC is doing very well during this covid pandemic. A couple weeks and life can start becoming normal again.

Common sense from a politician below. Almost unheard of. “The Government of Alberta is concerned about all crime, including the illegal use of firearms. Today’s order by Ottawa does little to target criminals. Instead, Ottawa is singling out law-abiding Canadians who purchased their property legally, have owned these items safely for years, and who have committed no crimes,” stated Alberta Premier Jason Kenney.“We know that the overwhelming majority of firearms used criminally in Canada are smuggled in illegally from the United States. Instead of addressing this, Ottawa will instead spend vast sums of money to criminalize law-abiding Canadians. That money would be far better used to pursue the smugglers and drug gangs that plague our society,” added Kenney.“We also know that violent criminals who use guns are often released with surprisingly soft sentences. Rather than focus on law-abiding Canadians, we’d call on Parliament to bring back tough, mandatory sentences for the criminals who flagrantly endanger Canadians with their use of illegal guns,” implored Alberta Justice Minister Doug Schweitzer. In November 2019, the Alberta legislature unanimously passed Government Motion 41, which stated:“Be it resolved that the Legislative Assembly recognize and support the ability of Albertans to lawfully and in a responsible manner own and possess firearms and to engage in permitted activities involving the use of firearms, including but not limited to hunting and sport shooting.”“The Government of Alberta will scrutinize today’s move by Ottawa and explore potential responses through this lens,” said Schweitzer.“In response to today’s announcement from Ottawa, our government is actively considering appointing Alberta’s own chief firearms officer (CFO) to replace the CFO appointed by Ottawa,” concluded Kenney.
