One thing the Feds or Provinces can do is give tax credits to companies that have employees work some or all the time at home.
Less people out there, less congestion on the roads, less carbon footprint, more social distancing, etc.
How long is the shutdown expected to last? I'm hearing end of June or July as some schools are thinking of shutting down for the year.
Unfortunately the economy can't last in this situation. At some point, the whole world will need to go back to work whether or not the pandemic is over. The last thing the world needs is another Great Depression.

I always felt Canada needs to bring back manufacturing. This is a step in the right direction.
In addition to the online classes, I'm getting my kids to do work booklets (at 1 grade higher than they are currently enrolled in). Homework before any play time. They hate it.

Due to social distancing and reduced foot traffic in Downtown Vancouver, there has been a sharp increase in store related thefts where thieves smash the display windows and steal stuff Now stores have boarded up their windows.
Well my Sister in Law (works at a hospital) says they are running out of face masks. Maybe enough for 1 more week. They had patients and people walking in from the streets (and possibly staff) steal boxes of them. Now it's under lock and key.
