Yes, I agree with this thread that J.B. is overall speaking a competent and average G.M.
By definition, there are more average G.M.'s in the league than exceptional ones. If J.B. is fired, it is very unlikely that Vancouver will be able to hire an exceptional G.M. This is why I never supported the idea of firing J.B. even though this is his 7th year. Many teams fired their G.M.'s and what they hired as replacement is another average G.M. or worse.
