Have you given up on this season. Let's take a poll!

Personally, I don't give a damn if you get irritated or not. That is your problem ; not mine. -

I was probably not a great example as that team had all the pieces in place but had a horrendous start. Personally, I think this team is better than what they have shown so far but their weakness is on the D and that still needs to be fixed IMO. Hoping that Demko can find his groove as well. -

@aGENT. I cheer for the team and have done so since its inception. That does not mean that I like the way the team is constructed. I had hoped that JR would have been able to somehow obtain a quality RD in the off season and still be cap compliant but it did not happen. Lots of things to both like and dislike about this team over the years and some years they were very good and some god awful but I still cheered for them. -

Perhaps you should have been around for the Canucks 1st 10 years in the league. They were not very good but the fans still came out and cheered for their team. That is true fans, didn't matter how good or bad the result the fans still came out to support them. -

So where did I infer that mediocre was Ok. Do you always go around putting words into peoples mouth's? -
Considering the cap situation they inherited; I think they have done a decent job of improving the team. Once the Escrow is paid back and the cap rises by a significant amount hopefully they can make a pitch for a #1 RD.

I am not gate keeping what ever the f you think that means. I do not control who is a fan or not. I am just pointing out that a lot of fans are only fans if the team is winning. -

I stand by what I said. There are a lot of fair weather fans on CDC. -

Anyone who has already given up on this team is not a true fan. Way to early to call the season a write off. I recall a St. Louis team a few years back that were, for all intents and purposes, out of the playoff picture and stormed back after the new year with a 24-6-4 record and went on to win the cup. -
Unless he plays lights out over the course of the season, he is likely just filling an immediate need.

My thought process was that they need to get him some games in order to improve his chances of another team taking some interest in him. Hard to move a player that is not playing. -

I wonder if Dipietro gets the next start or if they go back to Delia. Doubt very much Silovs gets the next game. -

Tough outing for Silovs. -
Had the Canucks cap situation been different , they may well have kept him.

I find it interesting that they signed him for the full year vs a PTO contract. They must see some potential in him I guess. -
Visa/Mastercard surcharges being passed to customers

I use cash as much as possible but paying bills at my local CU here in the East Kootenay works for those bills that cash is not feasible. -

As I mentioned in an above post... I pay no fees for direct payments at my local Credit Union. -

No added charges so far when paying bills ( Visa, Telus, BC Hydro and Shaw Cable) at my local Credit union. Quit dealing with the big banks many years ago and do not regret that decision in the least. I pay no added fees for my Visa card as long as I pay the full amount due each month; same for all the others. Telus tried to force me to do the online crap and I refused. Lots of pressure tactics on their part but I guess telling them I would be taking my business elsewhere if they persisted, did the trick. They all send paper statements that I take to the CU and pay. One might say I am a stubborn SOB. LOL; got that a lot at work but was employed there for 43 yrs till retirement so must have been doing something right. -
22 man roster? 7 D , 13 fwd, 2 G

Yeah; I guess I should have added the word ( Cap ) in there.

Canucks Army has a very detailed breakdown of the Canucks Cap situation and how it works

This is a classic hockey ad at its best lol: https://fb.watch/g384dosago/ -
I can see him on the 4th line with Lazar and Joshua. I think they could make life miserable for whomever they play against.

IMO, Wolanin gets it and Rathbone heads to Abby. Unless Rathbone can crack the top 4 (very unlikely) he is probably better served spending a full year in Abby getting a ton of minutes in all situations.
