Agrre with everything you said except for Hirose. IMO he wasn't "dreadful" Yeah not his strongest game but he made some nise plays amd hey it's his 4th NHL game out of a college league so I'm still pretty impressed. I like his game and think he may stick next year.

Whichever side of the Horvat issue one is on a coupleof things seems pretty obvious to me. First it was a good trade as his production has totally fallen off since the trade, maybe that's a result of the NYI system being more defensive or maybe he's just returning to the 50 + point player he has been up to this year. Second, looking at the change in the team chemistry, and also the change is JT's attitude, it seems Bo may have been a locker room problem, at least with Miller....or maybe it's all just coincidence

Any defense of Horvat's statements are ridiculous!! .Players just don't dis the fans of their former teams...and a good trade for NYI... LOL. extrapolated over a whole season what he's done for them = 20 goals and 43 points. Yeah 8.5 mill well spent .

I really wouldn;t have expected such a comment from Bo...quite classless... and I always wanted us to keep him instead of JT but from what I see of team improvement and a seeming change in Miller's attitude it seems there was something amiss with Horvat that we were not aware of. Anyways I now hope he continues to suck with the Isles and suck be has...for a 8.5 Million man especially
