  1. We're not talking about Utica as the suitable place for a player. So in this case either you misunderstand or put out a load of crap because it's me you're talking to. Loui might not be a top 6 player but he isn't a Utica player either. Wich means that if he gets to Utica it's either a punishment or bullying with a purpose to force him from the club. When an action like this is unfair it's something that will give a negative spin.
  2. No problem with that. But in the short run we really need players like Edler. If we lose him we must replace him beside the other upgrades in defence. How easy is that?
  3. Wasn't Edlers injury this season accidental play? I still wonder how fans will treat Boeser if he only play 60 games a season...
  4. Try to answer my question then. If both players play similar like they did this year for the coming 3 seasons, how do you value them? Edler has at least 2/3 seasons left before he's replacable.
  5. Definately more life but Boeser has already suffered serious injuries that can affect his career. The last season he played injuried a fair few games. So a limited bridgedeal is a must with Boeser or else some fans will be furious if it goes south after a couple of years. Edler showed how important he is when he fell on his face and disappeared. So 2-4 years he is needed depending on who Benning gets. What will you say if Boeser play only around 60 gamer per year? What is he worth if so?
  6. Til Boeser only play max 60 games a season and are nagged by injuries during games... Then certain fans start stabbing him in the back also.
  7. I can't remember anyone with the same intensity. It might be that I have peteygoogles on.
  8. Talk about misunderstanding... Benning as GM is ment to put out any fire. Not make a fire burn more intense...
  9. Benning should focus and put the negative spin on the journalist. While defending both Loui and Green. Is that so hard for a GM?
  10. How many players on the team did what Petey did regarding backchecking or try to take back a lost puck?
  11. People underestimate what sources journalists have. Fan forum is perfect to find angles/insights you can't find anywhere else.
  12. Why crying? And where have I said fans are not entitled to opinions? I say there is consequenses to what fans talk about and some might try to understand a bit more than just how a player perform on the ice. Why do fans pay money if they want their team to do a worse job on the ice? Do they pay just to speak out on forums and get a clap on the back?
  13. He lost the puck many times at the end of the season. It seemed as he thought about everything else but hockey. Do you remember a sequence where Petey hit a player, reacted strange and instantly went to the bench? I think the other team scored after Petey disappeared?
  14. Well, abbrevations in a foreign language can be hard especially as you didn't highligt what you changed. Alright, take this forum. People has been on Louis back for a long time. The swedish journalist has probably read this and other forums. Put those two meanings together and you know why the journalist talked to Loui in the first place. And an intelligent journalist with an agenda is tough to handle when you're an honest person. The journalist was after the drama so he could have his headline. This is something Benning should know and put focus on at the same time he defends Loui And Green. Benning is a GM in a large organisation. He is paid to be diplomatic. Loui is paid to be a hockeyplayer. Next, Petey likes Loui. Petey "defended" Loui in a way(during pre-WC games) that shows that Petey cares about him and is sad that Loui is in the position when fans hate. It means that every single $&!# that happens to Loui that is unfair will be something that sits in Peteys head. Just as the issue with Dahlen probably did. Petey seems to be compassionate. It's a real problem when fans don't know how their behaviour affects their own players/team. And wich players the club will attract in the future.
  15. Travis should have kept him from trying to hit player deliberately, during his rookie season. Why is that so strange? A young, not so muschled rookie waste his energy on backchecking when he is a monster going forward.
  16. I think I'll answer one thing of it all... The other teams knew how he played after the first week. But when he loose focus, it happened a few things around the period when he started to produce less wich is more about psychology, mental fatigue. Keep on ranting...
  17. And? I think it's quite obvious what those numbers mean.
  18. Players from AHL make 0,47 point per game when they start in NHL SHL had 0,56 and KHL over 0,7 ppg. KHL is by far the best league after NHL and russians are tough from birth. So the competitive and tough side of KHL is probably good for NHL.
  19. So why is SHL players 20% better in points than AHL players? If AHL was better to prepare the players they should get more points. I think SHL is better in a creative way. So much better that the difference in rink size, toughness doesn't add up.
  20. Close to brag there I see Regarding terms in hockey it's much worse...
  21. I'm a reasonable man and I understand that my swenglish is hard to understand sometimes. It takes an intelligent poster to get past the cultural differences. Deb is wonderful and you have a few more that at least try to understand.
  22. Good post, try to look a step further instead of mocking and use memes instead of words. Why can't you and I have different opinions regarding Green and Benning? Why must I think they are good just to satisfie you?
