I could read what scouts and some media said, but i sure hell aint got any junior hockey in sweden from canada. i read but i hadnt seen it. in the WJC u could see players taht were good and really good....and then u saw Bedard. so to me, watching the WJC was my first time actually seeing multiple games with young talent and theres a lot of good players around the first top 20...maybe 30....but Bedard was noticeably much better then every player. he is good enough to imediately have an impact. the rest will be pretty mediocre in comparrisson. thats why u wont have that much of a differencebetween the top 20 compared to 2-19. they are not bedard. they will not have that impact from the getgo.

i base that 100% from what i saw watching the wjc... i didnt know shit abt him untill i saw that. thats when u realize his qualities and that he truly is one step above.

dont think we lost much from 7th to 11th....if u dont get bedard the others are just chances with a lot of maybe. we might as well make a 15th pick and have more luck then the 2nd 3rd 4th 5th pick....the only difference would have been bedard. the rest are not even close.

im a bit divided on what to think here...he should definetly continue his training with weights and strength since i think thats a big part of his progress, but as a swede im thrilled to see him play for sweden. Theres a lot of young swedes that looks up to him and wants to see him play for his country. On a positive note is that id does have a form of development playing on an international scene, u grow and evolve in a way so its not that bad.... but his continued physical training is ofc also very important to take another step....

ah well..so its finally here, last game of the season. as per usual it feels a bit empty with no more nucks games to watch....but i do look forward to the post-season since i expect a lot of things to happen. and....finally....to put an end to the Bedard talk. We arent even close to getting him so to finally stop with the 5% chance is going to be great. excited to see whats been done come draft day and then look forward to the trades up untill next seasons start...and Finally being 100% for winning every game again instead of a meh...is better to loose for the draft. i hope the guys win and pad their stats by a ton.....have fun and enjoy....lets go nucks!

Demkos save in OT.....oh man that was a nice one. not good for the tank but nice puttin a nail in lames playoffhopes. And EP40 at 99 poinits with a beautiful Shorty...not bad.

yeah so....damn the hawks suck....talkin bout a serious rebuild needed. Nice with some points but in honesty this game wasnt exactly entertainment of the year...

well that call on Petey is whats gonna leave a real bad aftertaste from this game....nice win for the tank and Petey did get a point to continue his streak. Loved Demkos sliding save also..go tank....yay!

ive waanted hogs called back a long time just for his hard work alone...but the issue is that if he gets called up he has to clear waivers again. someones bound to snatch him so id rather see him play in abbotsford and win and return to the lineup next season. a bit unpredictable i know, since im expecting some changes to be made... *edit i mean if he gets sent down again he has to clear waivers...

well....so much for a good draftpick....but on a positive note, that Rathbone goal was beautiful hockey....Peteys precise passing to kuz, kuz timing the pass to rathbone who gets away a nice shot coming in late....that was beautiful!

Im actually starting to believe more in huggybear. Mainly because Miller is what id call "too emotional", for better or for worse which ofc is worse when things are going south. EP40 has tremendous pressure which he sets himself and pushing himself to be the best in the world, i think the C requires more then a leader on the ice, where EP40 excels, and therefore i think an A is more suited for EP40. the captain role needs to be someone that can be composed yet vocal, and definetly someone ppl are looking up to and respect off an on the ice. Huggy has taken steps forward and from what ive read hes aparently also a vocal guy.......id call that future captain material. question is if he is ready? Does he want o take on this role?

All watching participants in peaceful entertainment as the competitions represent, the players represent countries and the world should show this isnt acceptable. therefore the people affected would be the entire world that wants peace.

100% correct decision......i know the players are not at fault but i would 100% support a ban of all russian and belarusian players in the NHL as well.

Thank god! i was getting worried we would end up with a 12 pick in the first round. Tank god.... Now it was fun watching Garland who seemed a bit more on edge tonight. Petey 1 + 1. Beauvillier has been real good for us, not the best shooter but a great skater and pretty smart.
