[Trade] Canucks Trade for Dickinson from DAL for a 3rd.

Dickinson was brought in to fill a role but in Greens system he is being miscasted as a 3C. Imo, him and Lammi would form a good 4th line. -
[Waivers] Justin Bailey

Yeah; also, noticed that he offers the same thing that JV offered: flyby's and a shot to the crest. DiGusieppe, played well in the offseason and I really taught he would stick but Green had already, made up his mind that ChaseOn stays. -
Lots of blame to go around; and the presser, on optics alone says alot. A better statement, would had been better delivered if Green, Aquaman and JB was there to answer questions - rather than an insecure JB, all by himself. In the corporate world, this is looking like the higher ups are looking for a scapegoat. Which means, JB will be forced to do something: a desperate trade (?) cause he really has no control, of anything else and firing a newly extended Green, is not on the table - right now. Just like his cap mismanagements, he hamstrung himself by re signing Green to a (baffling) TWO year extension. Preferably, I hope JB stays but this season confirms, he is not ready to be the top dog; and all the finger should be on Aquaman cause he assembled this crew and the rules they operate on - are on him. This whole thing will probably have to get ugly before it gets better cause management has no clue on what to do next - except buy time by doing a desperate trade. Wonder which player goes; but they might surprise and show some accountability - who knows...

Green has a mediocre record and it is baffling, you believe he is a desired commodity ?; unless ofcourse, it is a part of a staff - then I agree but as a HC, perhaps somewhere else outside of the NHL. Care to explain what makes Green so desirable around the league cause he seems to be nothing but a poser - someone who plays the role well but the results says otherwise ?

Predict The Score Contest: WPG @ VAN Nov 19 2021

3-1 Wpg Dubois Under -
Eventhough, they would had emulated the three stooges, having anyone other, than JB would had, atleast, said more about solidarity, than all of the - blah blah. It just means, other than personnel tweaking ' he has no more idea
-
Would had said alot more, if Green and Weisbrod was also there to answer questions. JB is out of ideas and a trade is all he has. Unfortunately, .most of the tradeable players are either, undervalued or overpaid. No mention, of Green & friends.

I agree cause he seems represent the Sedins' era type of leadership: gentleman's or passive aggressive type. Like I stated in my previous post, it seems Miller is the vocal leader and trading him would be a bad idea, due to his relationships with some of the core. Your bolded statement, can also be applied to Aquaman & crew and how they handle this mess will show there metel; either way, it will force Aquaman to do something he doesn't want to and it will either be a well earned extension or termination for the rest.

You still have alot to learn, but your off to a good start.

Based on the players demeanor on the ice and there vanilla answers, it shows, Green has loss the Playmakers ears, in that room. Green has earned, his record as a mediocre coach despite how well he presents himself to the public or his bosses. Imo, Green is not a good leader, just based on his tendency to have favorites; and this is a trait that all immature leader will tend to have.

Great points cause the divide is noticeable (even from the fans POV), that there is divide in the locker room. Also, one thing to consider nowadays, especially, in Vancouver is the sign of times - of not offending someone. Must be hard for Bo, to represent a group that seems to represent both sides: Miller vs Bo, one show his emotion and the other is, what might be called a quiet leader. Imo, Miller is the vocal leader in the locker room - right now: and a (short term) veteran coach - with a winning track record in the NHL - that can click with him, MIGHT be a good starting trait to look for (?). Any, major changes will happen in the offseason cause it is too early, in this season to fire a newly extended coach; and the only, logical move is to buy time by making a desperate trade. Might have already started: Bailey put on waivers (?). As for therapy, just enjoy how Aquaman will fix HIS Canuck team and perhaps learn something about being a leader - cheers !
