  1. Speculating ofcourse - but as more locker room leaks starts coming out, then it would be safe to assume, that they had found there scapegoat and will be making a trade.
  2. If I am GM, I would NOT do this trade or any trade, whilst, the coaching change option is on the table; and due to Millers' close knit nature with some of the core; but Canuck brass needs a scapegoat for there incompetence and unwillingness, to let go of a favored employee. Any further leak about the locker room cancer will confirm a one sided trade due to the desire to rid the team of a player. Like I stated on my other post: covering up incompetence will naturally cultivate a culture of mediocrity - this will prove the lack of accountability, starting from the top.
  3. Yup, a player is being used as a scapegoat reveals the lack of accountability & arrogance in the organization; and this will just continue to implode. Anyways, leadership is the issue - imo - but they need a scapegoat to delay letting go of someone that is well liked.
  4. I agree cause it isthe only logical move left; and my point: Canuck brass should been scouting for candidates yesterday. Anyways, it seems Canuck brass has a number and that Miller is on his way out for being the reason, the locker room is divided (based on Hirsch ?) Canuck brass desperately needs a scapegoat to perhaps delay letting go of someone well liked among the leadership group; and any locker room leaks of a locker room cancer will further confirm that a trade is imminent. Clueless and any cover up for incompetence (or etc), naturally cultivates an environment of mediocrity.
  5. If Miller is traded, then JB has bought the narrative from Hirsch. Imo, any roster tweaking outside of ChaseOn being let go, indicates the clueless inability of this leadership group to fix the issue they (unknowingly ?) cause; and if Aquaman, cannot see that the issue is leadership - then this can only get worse and all of the posturing shows no accountability, starting from the top.
  6. LE was JBs' & Aquamans' mistake and it didn't help that Green was mind f&$&$*g him. Imo, LE got paid and he deserved all of the criticism that came his way - and he still got paid.
  7. Wiseass should also be in the meeting and how come, meetings like these are publicized cause it could had been kept private ? Anyways, it seems the PR department is once again busy trying to spin the narrative: that Canuck brass, are already looking into it. Same people that (unknowingly ?) caused the problem are being tasked to fix it - insanity !
  8. Not surprising, that the Canuck brass are being patient cause a panic move is not the right move, right now.
  9. The details of his contract were not released: are you sure, it is 2million per year ? Santa Frank, is real generous if they are paying Green, 2 million for mediocrity - no wonder, Green has that air of arrogance about him.
  10. More roster tweaking - proves that management has no clue cause anything they do will only make it worse; and sticking with Green, will not change anything. Anyways, this is Aquamans' team and I will just watch it unravel - who knows, by some miracle Green & friends might figure it out and all of this will be forgotten (highly doubt it) !? GCG
  11. Yeah - (good chance) Green will depress the value of the incoming player and he will be traded for peanuts or let go.
  12. Pass, on any past employee for any management role.
  13. Some of your points are quite evident - right now and the on ice product just further confirms the clueless inability of the staff as being NHL coaches. As for JB, I still think he is an NHL level executive but not the top dog (same goes for Weisbrod); and Linden would had been nice (if allowed to continue), due to his business background of building a brand from the bottom up - but that ship has sailed. It is all on Aquaman now, and how re builds his crew from here; but Greens' time has come to an end cause he has no clue and everything he does only makes things worse - imo. Like I stated, this situation will determine who stays or go; and as a fan, I can see a bright side to all of this - but it will depend on the quality of the decisions.
  14. Yeah, if Captain Kirk was the goalie in 2011 - good chance, Nucks take that series despite the Boston goonery. Nothing in this world is ideal and imposing it only leads to a bad place.
  15. Wonder, what softie question Kuz would want to ask Aquaman - seems to be nothing but posturing on his part. As for Aquaman, not being present, doesn't bode well for JB & Green
  16. At this point, any panic move will only make things worst. Perhaps, best to let it all play out and let the fans finish there venting. Although, I am still in the camp that personnel changes in the leadership group (JB down to the staff) are still necessary; and this slow start should be used to see who stays or go.
  17. Green seems like a NICE guy (?) BUT HE SUCKS AT COACHING IN THE NHL
  18. Tryamkin ain't going here - too much going on outside of hockey
  19. Last night's rendition of the (red) Green Show: https://www.nhl.com/canucks/video/postgame--green-at-anaheim/t-277437438/c-9535906 Y'all are welcome
  20. On the surface, he seems to be an absent owners but based on the leash provided to his crew, he seems to be very active. Basically, how much autonomy is he allowing to each of his managers to there job properly.
  21. Yup, how much leash or no leash should be the first question for any worthwhile hire; and if not, a team will (most likely) hire a bunch of clueless nice dressing stiffs to run the hockey team on & off the ice. Clueless stiffs, that will MOSTLY likely, pump the owners ego and backstab him, by repaying him with mediocrity. If I was an owner, I would be insulted with these results; unless ofcourse, the hockey club is just a hobby to show off.
