It seemed like AV was trying to catch me in a "TMI" post, rather than him knowing players get infected every round.
I'm certain that villagers can be infected and turned into wolves. But the frequency and selection process is up in the air.
No. It reads like a paranoid person that knows the longer we go without catching Patient Zero, the more villagers we will inevitably lose. Every time a villager gets converted it is potentially devastating to our chances.
I don't like this sentiment. I understand what you mean but the foremost reason to lynch should be to hit the mafia. When people suggest that lynching x player is good because it gives us information I worry that it's just a pre-emptive explanation for involvement in a mislynch. Or at least, it makes it easier to push a mislynch when villagers are tricked into thinking it will be beneficial to gain this "information" whether or not they hit scum.
Normally, I wouldn't be too opposed to just lynching slankers in R1, but we really don't have much room for error in this game. Every round we don't hit patient zero or an infected player our chances of success go way down.
Because suddenly it looks like a J23 has a real potential to form (based on sentiments shared recently). It looks opportunistic to hop on now and not before or later.
No, I meant that if the game started with a few infected wolves that were not in contact with Patient Zero. Then that would look bad on everyone suggesting a 3P. That is very hypothetical, of course.
I'm still uncomfortable with falcon, and he's usually the player I can find first when he's a villager. He's posting a lot but spending more of his time criticizing arguments rather than trying to solve. At least that's my impression. That type of behaviour is common in wolves wanting to appear active and helpful.
I also didn't like that awkward read list where he gave easy town leans to players he usually stays wary of.
