For those that think JB doesn't have a plan.

I still remember the day Trump was elected. I was out at a store when the results were coming in and everyone was shocked and whispering about Trump. I couldn't believe it was actually happening. But please let's end the comparisons between our beloved Canucks and good old uncle Donny there. -

You forgot option C: Make a blockbuster trade to solidify our Stanley Cup run because we've been leading the division for the last two months -

Depends on where we are in the standings. So buyers of course -

I think we better wait until we go undefeated in the preseason before we start tossing the word dynasty around ;) -

Jim Benning has a plan. He just doesn't bother going about explaining it to people as to uphold the element of surprise. You should know this XD -
That's definitely not going to happen. At least not this year. Burrows >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Goldobin at this point Although I would love to see a leadership structure of: C - Eriksson A - Goldobin A - Tryamkin (C goes to Tryamkin after Eriksson leaves and then Podz gets the other A)

Lots of hydration goin on in here. It feels like we are in the twilight zone with ANY media members, even local, saying POSITIVE things about our team this off-season. Wait, are we in the twilight zone?

You think the SABRES are gonna be the team to end our back-to-back-to-back Cup championship run? Laughable! -

Bo Horvat's contract was and is a MEGA STEAL. Don't expect the same from Boeser (unless Benning is really making some tasty kool-aid these days) -

Is it me? I really don't mean for them to be garbage, lol. Maybe I'm just bad at it. I mean I know I'm not but I digress. -
58 days to go. Time is flying by. Good god was it ever hot outside today. That is all. Back to update thread tomorrow

I wouldn't give up on Goldy just yet, I think he might finally break through this year (but probably not lol). I really hope that somehow Bearcheese avoids any more concussion issues and manages to stay healthy, he's a pretty good choice for a third line winger (or even second line sometimes but I don't think he should be playing with Brock and Pete on the top line) Yeah but Edler and Tanev are still good players when they're in the lineup and when they're not we have a couple more options for guys that can step up. I was more talking about not having any players are detrimental to the team, all of them have something to bring to the table regardless of age or injury history. I know injuries are a big question mark on guys like Bearcheese, Edler, Tanev, Sutter etc. but you have to have faith that maybe somehow they manage to avoid injury and are able to overachieve and exceed the expectations that exist for them. We shoulda kept Torts eh ...k It's funny how after so many years of terrible injuries to key players at the absolute worst times in the season we just grow to expect it as inevitable lol Let's hope our whole team plays 82 games (except marky and demko of course) and then 16 more in the playoffs. Undefeated season anyone?
