    I think waiting another 3 seasons would be ideal if he can just play relatively OK. However, going ahead with the buyout after another 2 more seasons could work out fine as well and the most likely scenario. 3.5m savings in cap for his final 2 seasons and then only a penalty of 1.5m x 2years
