  1. lol, you are tough bugger to back yourself up like that. Respect! Yes let's get back to the legend, the sensation from the Russian nation Kuzmenkoooooooooo!
  2. Well get on it Jimbo ... er I mean Mikey. YOU'RE RUNNING OUT OF TIME
  3. Sorry to keep this going I don't want to beat a dead horse either but it sure sounds like he was struggling enough to go onto LITR as well if he pursued it. 3 hours of stretching before games and as a routine every night regardless of games or practice, plus coming off surgery at his age, and having his whole life revolve on strengthening enough so as to just not get injured is surely significant.
  4. I guess it's how you look at it but you also are a habs fan. You also said below that Weber is done. He should be retired then with pay if that's the case. Like I said I definitely don't think this was in the spirit of the agreement but I suppose it's up to the NHL to fix it in the future. These contracts where they signed for forever, have 1 million dollars at the end, and then don't play are rubbish. And yes, Vegas sucks I agree. Yep ... well not Messier bad but that was a super lame move on his part. Said he'd honor his contract when confronted by the league and media yet bitched out and quit. He could have easily gone on LITR or been true to his word. Greedy mofo. Fromage
  5. Yeah that makes it all good. Whatever I just hope they fix this obvious cheating. It's unbecoming.
  6. What a joke. Oh well. Luongo is the only ahole who screwed over his former club. I don't actually know that but what the hell. Such obvious circumvention.
  7. lololololol I laughed, I cried. Cause it's true! The LTIR Shark ... teams hate it. Ask Tampa.
  8. Well ... that sounds pretty reasonable I suppose. I don't think there are many guarantees though besides Wright, Slafovsky, and Cooley, maybe Kemell. So they are kind of all swings I guess ... Who are you thinking of in our range? Guys like Ohgren, Miro, Lambert, or Firkus?
  9. Yeah I like. I agree Korchinski I think is good defensively but I would like more bang for my buck. Yurov has great skill and I like Kulich and Isaac Howard as well. I think Howard might be a darkhorse as one of the top guys to come out of that Team USA class but he's a bit of a reach, and a LW. Blah lol, might look good with Petey in 2-3 years though. I'm also coming around on Gauthier if he is there at 15. Should be very exciting ... if we keep the pick.
  10. Ummm. Are you at all familiar with expansion teams? What do you expect his plus minus to be as the #1 dman getting pummeled all night on a horrible hockey team?
  11. I was going to pipe up and say I'm on the Mateychuk train. I like him more because he scored 13 goals ... however I didn't realize Mintyukov had that many. He's also a little bigger. I agree we could really use a dman that can score. It really adds a lot to the dynamic of the team. Currently we have little scoring from the point although Hughes and OEL got 13 between the two of them last year. That was a big step up.
  12. So true. Reminds me of Drance except add never played a sport, had an exemption in gym class, and has never actually watched a hockey game, and probably doesn't like hockey either. Yeah I hear ya. Not that it matters really bud I did notice that shift from serious reporting to fabrication/tabloid style. He definitely talks to agents though so like you said we just need to wade through it all.
  13. I do remember a time when he had some pretty credible reports and good news. Then almost overnight during Covid I believe he turned into a complete hack making up sh!t left right and center while throwing people under the bus. It was quite noticeable to me to the point I just ignore what he says now unless it's a direct quote from someone.
  14. So you didn't attack Benning soon enough so you're making sure you do it with this management group even though you haven't given them an iota of time to reasonably make changes? @johngould21 Okay got it, it's a joy to share the site with such reasonably minded people. There should be a third window there for "Unreasonable Expectations", and maybe a fourth one but I'll end there.
  15. The only difference is Daliwahl gets paid for his two sh!ts somehow.
  16. Yeah unlikely. I think Boeser may have a big year anyways. Maybe they trade him with Garland for 7th (Nemec) and a prospect? Lol, who am I kidding? Constantino has him dropping to 12. Must trade up if so.
  17. Maybe he gets traded in a package to Ottawa for the 7th.
  18. Usually I agree on the old school for sure. On this one I think we can offer him a shot just because we need some good value contracts in a bad way. Also if he works out he could be traded at the deadline ... couldn't he? And as you say ... if we give him a shot and he sucks he could be benched or sent to the minors. I mean if he sucks what's he going to do, go back to Russia? lol
  19. Just trade them both then. Miller is two years older. Boat anchor contract is not worth it no matter how you cut it.
  20. That's two fourth lines. We need a completely different 3rd line, or at least one with a better center, a bit of youthful scoring and upside, and maybe some toughness.
  21. So you're saying trade Miller. Finally... you have come to your senses.
