(Warmup song) I know Coldplay might not really fit for hockey but I thought this song for a warmup song would be great. Sort of has that where the streets have no name vibe.

I have seen quite a few videos. Chicago and Detroit both paint their logos at center. It's on YouTube. You may be right. It's weird how different teams do things.

It is beyond me why they think that song will pump anyone up? Who's in charge of it. Terrible choice. They trying to put people asleep? It's too slow to be a goal song.

Not a big deal but I am just wondering why they haven't tried this. If our home logo is the white orca, how come it isn't the big logo at center ice? It would make way more sense. I know it's white but if you look at the red wings logo it's also white and red. Why can't it be blue and white. I think it would look way better than a mix of colours the way it is now. Home logo should be at center ice. I also don't understand why they don't incorporate the Canucks logo into the red line. Always feels like they miss the bar on the little things.
This honestly wouldn't work for our huge logo? Be easier for whoever is painting it as well.

I know some people were complaining about the new seats not being put in this year but I would assume they either have to paint all the rails or replace them since they are also maroon which will also take time.

I wonder if the goal horn is going to change or is it not part of the scoreboard at all?

Anyone know what that black underlay that has been laid down on the floor? Looks like it has come in rectangular sections. Are they making improvement to the ice as well or is that just to protect the concrete?

They finally announce a new practice facility is being built.

I know one thing the longer they take the more unlikely it's going to ready for years. It's been taking way too long to choose a site and build it already. I think there needs to be more urgency. It's pretty embarassing that we are the last team to have one. Makes no sense.

I don't feel bad for him one bit. He's the one who left him in that position for so long. He only has himself to blame. Aquillini has no idea how to read the fanbase nor does he care to. He just wants everyone's money. That new section of seating is proof. 75,000 per year is ludicrous for a seat.

The rest of you commoners are banished to the stained, maroon seats. How dare you think you are worthy of the new seats. lol. In all seriousness, this just wreaks of greed. The team hasn't been close to winning so let's find ways to make more money without giving back to the fans in terms of keeping the building up to date. All he could manage is to find a way to make money of of fans once again. This ownership a lot of the time just doesn't get it or care to get it.

The aquillini's are so cheap. Unwilling to make upgrades to a dated arena. Seats. Scoreboard. Ice. They just leave it to be a laughing stock. Embarassing. They should just sell already. Black and red seats. Wow. So close to the current Canuck colours. What a joke.
