I think everyone has to calm down about Hirose. It’s only the Chicago Blackhawks not the Tampa Bay lightning. He looks good but come on, against this competition and we are only up 2-0. I don’t think we can get too excited yet.

I think he just got caught up trying to make himself look like a God in Vancouver by taking huge risks and thinking he was so smart they would work out. Weisbrod and him were the worst combo when it came to building a winner. Aquillini approved them. I think it goes to show how clueless he can be at times.

Most likely. We could possibly finish as low as 12th. For such a miserable season it sure didn’t amount to much. I just want to move on from this season already. These last four are going to be hard.

Coaching bump is over. Back to reality. At least it gives management a true idea of what needs to happen for this team to get better. This team needs to get tougher, faster, and grittier.

LOL. I never said every game. I said the amount is crazy. He also could get injured by overplaying him. That happens too. I think it's important to establish a backup for next year. It's like a mini training camp right now. You could get ahead of things. If he is going to cry about sitting a few more games that's pretty ridiculous. I think we all know what happens by now when you don't have a quality backup. We were pretty screwed once he got hurt. They need to figure out who's going to be the backup. This is a great opportunity to do that.

So smart. I don't get why he has to play that much in games that won't affect the standings. They should be playing Rathbone and their young guys as much as possible to see what they got. 30 minutes is insane.

It also risks an injury to the same injury he had. Plus it won't matter going into next year. He's going to be in game shape regardless by now. He has a lot of time in the summer, preseason and next year to get in game shape. I don't think playing him this much this year is going to affect whether he will be in game shape next year. That's not a great excuse.

I think that was a pipe dream if that was their plan. LOL.

I still find it weird they are playing Demko this much at the end of the year. There really is no point. He seems fine and should be good to go next year. I just don't get why they are playing him almost every game. Shouldn't we be playing Delia to see if he can handle being the backup?

Yes, he really is. I just think he still needs a new start somewhere. A lot has happened to him since he has come here.
