    It’s already up there and I even told people back then that his contract would lead to problems in San Jose (I.e. Pavelski wanting to be paid at a premium and ultimately leaving SJ).

     

    The contracts of both Karlsson and Tavares did more harm than good, because any player that has such a high cap hit (relative to the percentage of the team’s overall cap) will do more harm than good.

      and they managed to tank and lost a 3rd oa as well. I just can't see how that contract is ever lived up to.
