    A major problem with this “lottery” is that it is completely opaque. Does the ordinary fan have any clue how this works? And since we can’t see it work there is a lot of trust involved. Frankly I wouldn’t trust these bastards as far as I can spit.

    Chicago cheated by deliberately tanking in violation of the rules and the spirit of the game. Canucks should get this result disqualified and demand the draft be redone. Chicago getting Bedard is obscene and a travesty of sport. Bettman allowing this is pure corruption.

    All that Bo could do as a captain was high five the guys coming off the ice after a win. Useless. Only saw him come to the defence of a teammate once.

    The consolation is that the Flames are going nowhere in the playoffs and this will likely be their last appearance there for five years.

    Too bad we had to pick up a useless point in this game - and we didn’t even beat the damn Flamers. Having said that, the ref gave it to them with a completely ridiculous penalty. Shameful advantage gifted by the ref.

    Is there corruption in NFL officiating? You’d have to think so watching this game. It’s appalling. The stick on Hughes was 4 minutes they let go, then a clear elbow on Aman let go. Bastards.
