I lived in Edmonton for 15 years and there was lots to like. The River valley was beautiful, nice downtown, lots of good clubs and smaller live music venues, Whyte Avenue was a fun place in the summer, plenty of sunshine in the winter and housing was affordable. Moved back here in ‘94 though so have no idea what it’s like now. Home is where you make it.

I didn’t like the trade at the time but I can at least see what JB was thinking. AC was drafted a full 90 spots higher than GF and was 3-4 years ahead of him in his development, and was coming off a pretty good run for Chicago’s farm team with 118 pts in 2 1/2 years. JB thought he was ready for the NHL and didn’t want to wait for Forsling to develop. Sadly he was very wrong…

I see we have 130 in ICU today. I’m trying to find out how many ICU beds BC has and the last count I can find is from 2020, that number is 206. If we don’t have more now than 206 an increase of 31 per day is sustainable for a little over 2 more days?!! Does anyone have an updated number for beds?
