I agree but we need him to sign. We cannot afford to buy another top 4 dman. Imo its the same gamble to pencil him into top 4 mins right away vs signing up for another 6x6 ufa deal. The risk vs reward just screams do no go the latter route. Considering #WeAreGoldStar... Do we see gavrikov on a fair dollar and term for that 2LD? So many questions. I don't necessarily like these options but after paying our premium trade assets for one top 4 defended already, Along with him needing a new big contract at the same time as EP... We need to make sure we have a little bit of future outlook in mind

I'm off the "rebuild" mindset as it's clear as day it will never ever happen under Franky. I HOPE we can find a strong defensive LHD along with hronek and signing livingstone for our right side. I found a angle to this trade that makes sense. Because he plays a very valuable position and will be an expiring RFA next year.. He will be one of the hottest assets on the market. Aka profit twice as much as we paid But realistically I really hope we can nab livingstone now. Because 3 of our top 4 would look a hell of alot better then anything we have seen in YEARS I assume EP 2 would eventually get that 2LD spot but that's years down the road
