Not about punishing a guy into performing but driving accountability. Funny you say he needs to “play” to get it back…With all due respect he aint playing, not even close.

#40 needs to spend some time learning from the press box cause he sure as hell isnt doing much on the ice so far this year.

There’s a need to make changes everywhere in this organization unless Aquilini likes losing. Green isn’t getting these guys to play up to their potential and his lame excuses are tiresome. Benning has drafted some key pieces but he hasn’t done much in building a “team” that can do things cohesively and play as a unit. His management of the salary cap and contracts leaves much to be desired. The core isn’t as strong as where they should be. Pettersson has done less and less each year in the league and after getting paid this off season has been absent in effort and on the score sheet. Soft on the puck, slow in his skating and would rather try to pass through 3 defenders than shoot the puck. Big question is when will (or if) he will show up. Hughes has shown flashes but he’s still very much a defensive liability (at this stage). Boeser may still be a top scorer but he doesn’t have that creative play maker to feed him the puck and he’s just average in creating his own scoring chances. Demko might be the only truly elite player at this point on the team. Something has to give to take steps forward.

Played harder but special team cost them. Ironically nucks cant take a penalty nor do they want the other team to take one either

With the amount of roster turnover, key players missing part of camp and the KEY PK players who have missed all 9 games Motte, Sutter and Hamonic...all 3 of them are key PKers for us, we miss them a ton!
Fans need to relax, I am a hard critic of this team or the coach and GM more specifically but I EXPECT this kind of hockey considering what I mentioned above!
Well said! Only panic when the Nucks are actually sucking the donkey’s dick. Ball licking, after all, can be easily fixed with more practice.
