I can see them bringing in an old grizzled vet to try and calm the room down like in 04 when they traded a 7th rounder for old Marc Bergevin. Other than that, ownership likely rides out the season and blows it up, puts new management in place before the draft barring of course a massive turn around. For me I’d keep Meyers. I know this year was a write off from the beginning for a lot of players but Meyers simply showed more value to the team in my opinion. I’m one of the few here that doesn’t think Meyers is over paid at all, he’s worth every penny and Schmidt so far has not shown the same. again just my 2 pennies.

Agreed with you about Graovac. We need two or three capable minimum wage guys outside of ELC’s, him and Highmore fit nicely!
