  1. hes one of the biggest risers in most projections. Honestly trust the Canucks Swedish scouts more than most other regions. https://www.sportsnet.ca/nhl/article/prospect-of-interest-tom-willanders-rise-from-b-prospect-to-early-draft-pick/
  2. First off, I didn't speculate. I said its none of our business. Secondly, You are speculating and you also have no clue. How do you know its related to COVID Protocol? That is speculation. Like you said, YOU have no clue like anyone else. My point is, why does it matter? Why do you HAVE to know right now? Why are you judging someone based off of nothing?
  3. Even if it did say "Family health matter", You and others would still speculate and make harsh statements based on assumptions, so what does it matter? People will still say oh, its definitely a anti-vax thing. Public figures are still entitled to privacy in certain matters. Everyone should just use their logic. This isn't a Kane situation, the GM, multiple players, some reporters etc are defending the player and saying give him some privacy. That should be enough. Blame Benning all you want, he's happy to take the blame and he knows his job is already on the line. If he was being selfish or did not have a legit reason, I guarantee he would of been left to fend for himself and Canucks management and team would distance themselves.
  4. You're not his employer, JB and Aquaman probably know. If the issue is a family health matter, the statement says it. The specifics is none of anyone's god damn business.
  5. There is a legitimate reason he's out that no one knows. He's not suspended, nor is he in any trouble from the league. Him opting to play means he will return eventually. JB clearly knows what's going on and is defending him, that is all we need to know. If this was some sort of selfish move by him, I can't see JB telling us to leave him alone. I don't think selfishness is in his character anyways.
  6. You dont know if he had trades or not. JB did him a favor by letting him sign where ever he wanted, at whatever price he wanted. For all we know, he extended the good will because free agents would judge how the Nucks handled the situation.
  7. this is only a problem if its more than 10 million. If someone wants to offer that and we get 4 firsts. I take 2 and offer to take Nylander, and take the other 2 and get some other good players, or draft. 3 firsts would of gotten us a package of Risto, Eichel, and Reinhart probably.
  8. Step 1: Holtby and schmidt to Boston for their 1st (21 oa) + Debrusk Step 2: two 1sts to Buffalo + Virtanen + someone or something for Reinhart and Ristolainen maybe throw a second somewhere to make it happen
