  1. Apparently Marie-Philip Poulin rejected an offer to Trois-Rivières of the ECHL, instead requesting more support in women's leagues.

An offer to what?  Coach?  Manage?  Because there is zero chance any woman, even the best on the planet, which she clearly is, can compete at this level with men.  And no woman should be.  That's dangerous.  It would be the same as suggesting a woman play for the BC Lions as a linebacker.  It's a stupid publicity stunt.  And, again, it's dangerous.

It's time for CSE to have a team in the Premier Hockey Federation to complement their Vancouver Canucks, Abby Canucks, Warriors and Titans franchises. My family and I would be willing to pay to watch professional women's hockey.  Would love to see a western division with teams in Vancouver, Calgary, Edmonton, Regina, Saskatoon and Winnipeg to go along with the six teams that are primarily based in the east.  I can envision cities/towns such as Fargo, ND, Madison, WI also having teams.  Montreal and Quebec City as well.

That's a great idea!  I really enjoyed watching the girl's games (all the teams) from world's and the Olympics.  Haven't been to a Canucks' game in decades.  But would definitely scooter over to watch a local women's team.  Isn't this how the WNBA works; the NBA teams sponsor the girls' teams?  I don't want to see a great female player try to play with the boys.  Having a women's team here would be great to watch.
