Why does it feel like we never play

Wait, why did we give this dummy 5.1 million dollars after a season of 5 goals 0 assists in 38 games? Lol like seriously? How do you go 38 games without a god damn assist and walk away with 5.1 million bills in your pocket? His Junior numbers were meh, his WJHC stats weren't great, is AHL stats were god awful, his NHL stats weren't good, he showed up to camp out of shape and clearly lacked professionalism and we still gifted him cash and a roster spot? Why?

Anyone the least bit worried? He's young yeah but he's got just 2 goals in his last 34 games. These are Virtanen esque AHL stats God Virtanen was bad,

Kapanen is actually a pretty good player, tons of speed which we need, only about a 40 point player right now but has shown he can score 20 goal and I could see him hitting around 55-60 points some day. Definitely more a lot more than Pearson and a 3rd Poulin brings some size, versatility and scoring potential. Wilkes-Barre is a very young team being led by their youngsters. They actually only have 3 players over 26 on their roster...kind of crazy

Relax I'm not rehashing GM history. I'm just saying, Boeser being the highest rated scorer this team has had in awhile is irrelevant. This team has always sucked for the most part, who cares if he's better than what we've had recently. We need things that help us win, not just things that are better than what we have had in the past The gripe people have with Boeser, is that if he isn't scoring, he's doing nothing else. Doesn't bring speed or physicality and no defensive play Me personally, I'm on the fence about Boeser. If we can supplement the rest of the top 6 with speed and physicality then sure, keep him if the price is right but as of right now we don't have that.

Exactly. There's a reason he is in an NHL lineup to begin with. There's a reason the Rangers have Reaves etc. Not to mention we drafted him, developed him then just dropped him for no reason. Dickenson/Chaisson or 23 year old Gadjovich on an ELC? Easy choice Our lineup is butter soft and it's embarrassing.

Usually you would actually pro-rate their stats especially if they're close to the 82 game mark. If you were to do that he would have 30 goals three times 113 goals in 299 games = 30.1 goals per season

I wondered this myself lol. Why are they trying to trade a 23 year old top 2 D coming off a career year. What a disaster of a hockey market, pretty crazy there is no hockey in places like Quebec
