If only it was that easy. I think some teams will want to have Myers or OEL but only if canucks retain cap. I think management got this and it's a lot of moving parts. Fans have no patience. Myers, OEL, BB and Garland would look good on a contender or wild card team rn. They'd be supporting cast compared to here where pressure is on.

Value is a shut down RHD who let guys on the current Canucks D play there proper positions. Which will make the Canucks D stronger. Miller made Pearson, Garland and BB expandable assets. BB I hope is used to gain picks in this draft because it is deep. The other two can bring in depth that the Canucks need on D. Who knows maybe this draft BB can bring in a pick who will turn into RHD Canucks need for the future. Healthy scratch which makes him cheap. And low risk but high reward.

This would probably work. Hurricanes got lots of vets and adding BB would be bonus to play wing with Aho long term. Since Miller was signed players like BB, Pearson, Garland seem expandable. Horvat, Hughes, Pettersson, Miller & Demko seem to be the core going forward.

He wouldn’t cost that much. At only 25, he can turn into reliable top 4 RD Canucks need. Canucks won’t be able to get top 2 RD anytime soon. Carolina needs more depth to compete with Florida teams & New York/Boston. Pearson, Garland, Hogs are pieces Canucks can part with. Both teams would benefit. ***BTW SUBBAN RETIRED…

I really don’t mind this. If they can manage not to give up so much and bear improves the right side, it’s a win. Canucks don’t need a star right hand dman, they need reliable and hard nosed one. Think Hurricanes would of taken Dickinson straight up now with his success in Chicago. That wouldn’t of been bad price to pay to fill a hole on D.

They have the tools. December-January I say they find there real stride. This team are sleepers to start. This year as terrible as it is at beginning, may not end that way. 25-40 game mark & they still haven’t picked it up. I think management will make a move. It’ll be a big one, I think no stars are safe by deadline IF they continue to shit the bed.
