  1. I think my intentioins were strait forward, well articulated in advance of anything and if that aint good enough, i don't really give a.f. enjoy the WJC, I am.
  2. as i suspected, the USA dropped Casey before puck drop of thier game: Will be going with Ensgtrom whom I named before the tournament started this morning.
  3. I think the Finns got the result they wanted thinking forward to the final standings of round robin.
  4. IF Seamus Casey is off team USA (won't know till US game puck drop) then I nominate Adam Engstrom as my swedish replacement player but if Seamus Casey is on the team I will stick with him? Hope that is a good compromise, dont want an adavantage, but team usa wont say who the final two cuts are till the pregame skate...jerks, hahaha Engstrom isn't all that anyhow.
  5. @AriGold Seamus Casey has not been cut yet but USA must cut two more players and all the pundits are saying Casey will be cut the day of the tournament starting...can i pick a replacement now? or can i wait to see? whatever you decide is good just lemme know.
  6. Finns are looking hot hot hot and Leo Carlsson is on my squad too, mm hmmmm leaving Seamus Casey as my lone "will he make the cut or not" guy. Perhaps once all the redrafts are done and before the tournament I can name an alternate Dman only to be used in case Seamus Casey happens to be the last cut from team USA?
  7. Hrm, late cuts? I better double check my roster right now. What is the latest I can replace Seamus Casey, if he is one of the final two Team USA cuts? (they are projected to still cut one forward and one dman literally at the puck drop, which sucks)
  8. IR Placement: The Seattle Kraken would like to place Logan Stanley on IR see Winnipeg in the link https://www.tsn.ca/nhl/injuries
  9. Seattle places a claim on Gavin Bayreuther
  10. ^reminder and also: Activation: The Seattle Kraken activate Calle Jarnkrok off IR. IR Placement: The Seattle Kraken would like to place Boone Jenner on IR see Columbus in the link https://www.tsn.ca/nhl/injuries
  11. just realized, think this should say Thursday the 22nd? Or was it meant to be Sunday the 25th? either would work, as the tourney starts on the 26th. looks like Team Primal is good to go.
  12. Activation: The Seattle Kraken activate Logan Brown off IR. Assignment: The Seattle Kraken assign Logan Brown to the minor league affiliate Lake Cowichan Kraken!
  13. Glad to see I was mistaken about the date of that article...but I also have the pick order and i am 99% sure it at least is correct.
  14. Oh, good pickup there, nice!! My apologies I thought it was dated after the WJC of a few months ago...my bad.
  15. So now we have a possible 6 redrafts baring last minute invites or illness: Gator draft pick 14: Simon Edvinsson thejazz87 pick 22: Matthew Savoie Gator draft pick 27: Carson Lambos thejazz87 pick 39: Jordan Dumais Canuck Surfer pick 49: Juraj Slafkovsky Down the the River pick 60: Simon Nemec
  16. Just reading this too... @Down by the River, @Canuck Surfer Over in Czechia ... Svozil is also still in camp, however they have 4 more cuts to make before the tournament. The lone Swiss skater selected in our draft, Attilio Biasca is in the Swiss Selection Camp and appears to be in position to make the team.
  17. so far you lost two Dmen from the original draft and thejazz97 lost two forwards. Finns and US have not announced final rosters yet.
  18. The deadline for RFA's coming up and the UFA one in January: these apply to players who currently have no contract at all, right? not next summers RFA's? I am 99% sure but better to ask a silly question than be caught with my pants down.
  19. IR: The Seattle Kraken wish to place Calle Jarnkrok on IR as per the TORONTO listing in TSN/Injuries https://www.tsn.ca/nhl/injuries Recall: The Seattle Kraken recall Radim Zohorna from the minor league Lake Cowichan Kraken.
  20. Assignment: The Seattle Kraken assign Jacob Moverare to the minor league affiliate, Lake Cowichan Kraken. Activation: The Seattle Kraken activate Logan Stanley from IR.
  21. I think tonights a huge game. Talking in the 'fantasy hockey forums' with extremely tuned in league fans, the slight majority are leaning towards this years a bust and we should make changes, some folks looking for big changes. Me though, I dig this team. I think we need an upgrade on D. Myers has another year still at 6m, but could we upgrade his position at the cost of one of our top nine? Scoring doesn't seem to be to big a deal, but playing D in our end sure does. I am not looking for a big change, and I am more interested in the current guys getting it done. Tonight will be a huge game for me to see if they have that intestinal fortitude to make that, will that, to happen.
  22. Ooh la la. https://eprinkside.com/2022/12/03/finland-stock-watch-topias-vilen-exceeding-expectations-with-the-pelicans
