Hmm. Well, when I started working out back on March 21st, I was doing 3 sets of 15 with no weights. I’m still doing 3 sets of 15, but with 15lb weights on each hand (so 30lbs). Been that way for a couple months now. But, of course, I’m also doing squats, running for warmup, leg extensions, etc on the same day. Easily my hardest day on my circuit.
Second most difficult day? Arms and Core day, which was today. Although, every day I’m working my core.
Perhaps I need to start using my BCAA which I’ve largely been ignoring. I get enough sleep, so that’s great, but I certainly haven’t been stretching enough.
