Down from 194 to 175, from March 21st to May 22. Haven’t missed a day of working out during the week, and I feel phenomenal. Some days are still really hard to keep eating relatively healthy and not have junk food, but I’ve been able to quickly supplement those cravings with a handful of almonds and some water, and then everything is good after.
Side note. Just finished working out, and while there are much funnier things in life, I get a real good laugh when older guys try hard to hit on younger girls at the gym, and get shut down. This guy must have been 45, and he was hitting on the girl at the desk, who is definitely no older than 19. Simultaneously pathetic and funny.
