  1. Unless I'm forgetting someone, I think it was Michel Therrien who was fired after the Penguins lost to the Red Wings in the 07-08 final.
  2. Yeah it's absolutely ridiculous. I'm in the process of opening a Questrade account.
  3. Lol well it was an incredibly excruciating experience trying to talk to anybody at CIBC but here's the info that they gave me: • Most OTC stocks also cannot be purchased in a registered account such as an RRSP or a TFSA. • All OTC stocks are traded by telephone with a trader in our Contact Centre. A higher commission applies to OTC trades (minimum $50), and transfer agent fees may also apply once the trade is completed. Thanks to everyone for all of the help and suggestions.
  4. Thanks for all the info! I'll try and get a hold of CIBC this week and see if I can find an explanation that I can share here. Also got it on OZSC as well so that's really weird. Thanks for the suggestion. Tried it during market hours and received the same error message. Incredibly frustrating.
  5. I just tried to run some numbers with this and I got a message that said "You cannot place a Buy order for a security on that exchange as a resident of your province." Anyone had this before? I use CIBC Investors Edge. What trading platform did you use to buy this Warhippy?
  6. Thanks for the info everybody. I think I'll stay the course on this one as the future looks pretty bright for the company. I'm relatively new to stocks so trying to figure when to to hold, when to sell and when to hold but take some earnings has been the toughest lesson so far.
  7. What are peoples thoughts on VERY (Very Good Food Company)? I can sell at a decent profit today and I'm getting tired of all the red days. Any optimism that this picks up steam again?
  8. Man what a beast that guy is! Quickly becoming one of my favorite Bills ever.
  9. Nice to see a fellow Bills fan as well. I've been cheering for them since 1988 so heartache is nothing new to me (along with being a Canucks fan lol), but this team is the first time since the early 90's that I feel like we're looking at the beginning of something special. Super stoked to see what happens in the offseason.
  10. Die hard Bills fan here. It was a great season and we definitely have lots to be happy about. Tonight was just too many missed red zone opportunities that resulted in field goals/the interception. We should have double teamed Hill/Kelce more to try and throw Mahomes off his game more. Next year we need to make some adjustments on defense (and possibly tight end) as well as upgrade our running game. I'm quite certain that they are going to move on from Singletary.
  11. AEW Double or Nothing was an incredibly solid show last night. That Stadium Stampede match was spectacular and everything that I wanted that match to be. Sammy Guevara, MJF and Jungle Boy are going to be stars for a long, long time to come.
  12. Wow, WWE cleaning house today: Releases so far: RusevNo Way JoseZack RyderMaria KanellisMike KanellisRowanSarah LoganMike Chioda (referee)PrimoEpicoBilly Kidman (producer)Pat Buck (producer)Shawn Daivari (producer)Scott Armstrong (producer)Sarah Stock (producer)Heath SlaterKurt Angle (producer)Shane Helms (producer)Dave Finlay (producer)Lance Storm (producer)Mike Rotunda (producer)Aiden EnglishEric YoungDrake MaverickCurt HawkinsKarl AndersonLuke GallowsEC3Lio Rush Would love to see Gallows, Anderson, EC3 w/ Drake Maverick and Rusev in AEW. Wouldn't mind if they signed Slater, Hawkins & Ryder for AEW: Dark.
  13. Apparently Brown nixed the trade and said he wouldn't report to the Bills. Oh well, time to concentrate on free agency and go after players that want to play in Buffalo.
  14. Per Ian Rapaport and on NFL.com as well. Insane! Wonder what the return will be?
  15. The Revival have requested their release: Dave Meltzer has confirmed a major rumor that has been circulating over the past 48 hours, reporting in the latest edition of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter that both Dash Walder and Scott Dawson of The Revival have asked for their release from WWE. According to reports, the RAW Superstars asked officials to be released from their WWE contracts immediately after their tag team match against the Lucha House Party this past Monday night. As of this writing they are still with the company, and are not expected to be granted their release any time soon due to the rapidly rising levels of competition. It’s almost a guarantee there would be immediate interest from AEW and obvious money in a long program with the Young Bucks. While less of a sure thing, ROH and Impact Wrestling would most likely offer them deals, and with their style, NJPW could be a great fit if there was interest from the company. ---------------------- I'm really hoping they leave and go to AEW or NJPW. They are criminally underused in WWE and should have been guaranteed a massive push after their matches with DIY on NXT.
  16. Those are some good points, but I just feel that he's not going to turn down an opportunity to try and change the wrestling world with his buddies. Khan has some very deep pockets and will probably be able to pay him quite well. Omega has always seemed to me to be a guy who craves creative control and being inventive. His style would be cramped in WWE and he would probably have to take it down 5 gears with the WWE style. I just cannot see him doing that.
  17. Chris Jericho & Neville have signed with All Elite Wrestling! This is amazing! I feel we might finally have a real alternative to the garbage WWE puts out. I feel that there's no chance in hell that Omega signs with WWE now.
  18. God I hope so. Unless they book him like they do Styles, WWE would wreck him and kill his love of wrestling within 6 months.
  19. It's been a day of them for the Raiders. Gave the Bills a 5th round draft pick for AJ McCarron as well. They also cut Martavis Bryant, who is facing another suspension. All the talent in the world but the guy is a total meathead. While cutting him was probably the right move, they gave up a 3rd round draft pick for him.
  20. R.I.P. to one of the best "big man" wrestlers of all time. Vader's agility for a big man was amazing.
  21. Guessing it's from when he went off script in that midget Daniel Bryan segment. By all accounts, it didn't seem like he was very well liked and that he had a lot of heat on him. Him and Enzo breaking up was the nail in his coffin though. Guy just didn't have the charisma or wrestling skills to make it on his own.
  22. This might be Jericho's best work ever, and that's saying a lot. The dude is having an absolute blast right now and he seems to have no filter creative wise. I'm not posting it due to site rules with foul language, but make sure to Youtube "Jericho takes the IC Title in evil fashion". Fantastic stuff. Omega/Okada might also be one of the best wrestling matches that I have ever seen. Mindblowing stuff - just unbelievable wrestling and amazing story telling.
  23. There were many people who didn't think that they would sell out at all. Cody had said that he was only expecting 4000 tickets to be sold the first day. I do agree that it being in Chicago probably helped huge. Still, pretty crazy for an event that started out as a joke. It also helps out when you have guys like Mysterio and Okada confirmed as well.
