i hear you lad, winters aren't much fun anymore...i coached hockey for many years so that helped get through winters easier....since my wife died 6 years ago, i find that the only thing keeping me in smithers is my son, grandson and a lot of good friends...my arthritic back has given me pain for a lot of years and will for the rest of my life...have you heard of spine med clinic in prince george?
