  1. Whole incident staged to bring more theatre to the game in Boston.
  2. Are you that naive? In fact, he DID have Bruins around him until he left the club at 3am. Chirp, chirp, chirp, chirp, chirp. Then the waste spillage out into the streets led to him being suckerpunched an Mean Poutine ('Where the Sucker Punches are Always Free') and the cops, who deal with this kinda crap every freakin' weekend btw, were on scene to break it up before Lucic could do something to get sued for. It's a shame that he cannot get drunk and hang around enemy territory at all hours of the night. It's also a shame that a $6mil per pro athelete thinks that Mean Poutine is still a sweet hangout. But then again, money doesn't bring about class or maturity.
  3. Even if all the Canucks fans in the world respected Lucic as if he were a hockey God, this incident between two drunken meathead patrons at a nightclub at 4am on a Saturday night still happens. If all of us posting on Cdc bowed down and kissed Lucic's ass while waving a Bruins flag around with glee, this incident still happens. Canucks fans feelings toward Lucic in this event are irrelevant. What do you want the silent Canuck fan majority to do about this? Hold all drunken thug idiots at home? We can't control them all. If Lucic wants to prowl around town at 4am drunk, then that's on him. He should understand that he's a Bruin now and not everyone is going to give him a free pass. What is he dense? Where's his entourage? Where's the Bruin road curfew after that loss? Where's the accountability in that so-called proud franchise? If guy can't show enough class and maturity to avoid this bs, then maybe Boston should just trade him to Vancouver so we're one big happy classless family again. He had no problems partying here 50-60 times before last night by his own admission. Tired of the Bruins being apologized for, again and again and again.
  4. Fine. But drunk guys in meathead altercations aren't the most reasonable bunch.
  5. Trouble finds who's looking for it and Lucic was obviously upset after a big loss, hence the altercation. I'd know better and avoid the situation entirely. If Lucic were more mature, he would've too, imho. Lucic's actions only prove that he's willing to stoop to the level of some other low-brow clown. That's on him, unfortunately. Not on us as fans.
  6. To put this on Vancouver as a city is misplaced. Other 'local boys' playing for hated rivals have won big games in Vancouver and have gone around the city with no incident. Joe Sakic, for example. Steve Yzerman for another. Scott Niedermayer? But these guys has class and maturity. Lucic, comparatively, does not. The 'local boy' card only works if you have the class and the maturity to go with it. Lucic should've known better than to go out and get loaded in this case and engage with other chirping meatheads while being intoxicated in a nightclub. imho He needs to gain more maturity and class. Like the aforementioned legit 'local heroes.' imho This incident is providing 100% deflection from the Bruins' horrible, horrible performance on Saturday is once again shining the spotlight on Vancouver. In that case, mission accomplised. The media is dishing it up and the opposing fans are more than willing to bite.
  7. And we're wondering why Deb locked the other threads... Hey look! It's the 'All youse Vancouver fans are a total disgrace, unlike me, the troll' trolls... Here's the thing. Being a fan of this team means being a fan of this team, regardless of the manner of which you do it. What? You think Bruins fans are concerned about how classy they look when they take a pee on Canucks' fans' shoes in Boston? Gimme a freakin' break, 'class police.' Shut the hell up and support the team.
  8. Cooke's worst incident happened when he was in Pittsburgh. Lapierre's in St. Louis. So, next? I'm sure you could go on.
  9. I answered the question correctly. The OP was a trolling attempt and nobody here cares what Mark Spector has to say about this team, good or bad. He's already proven himself a biased little worm. But anyway, Torts had it right: Nobody cares about what clowns outside the game have to say.
  10. Because the OP was wrong and the article was by a classic Canuck-hating douchebag who's opinion doesn't matter?
  11. Yeah, I missed it when he defended 'his' city. Does anyone have a link? Recntly, what I did see is the Bruins getting absolutely pancaked and because of Lucic being an drunken idiot nobody's talking about that.
  12. Trying to re-live his old Giants party days, i guess. Grow up, Milan.
  13. Made all the more obvious when the Kings' owner, after signing Doughty up after his holdout, 'Now we're going to win some cups.' Wishful thinking? Or a pre-determined guarantee? Given all that 'magically happened' for them since then, yeah...
  14. If the east was more competitive, Boston might've tried harder last night. The Canucks need to scramble for every point they can get. Not pouring sand on the big win, but context explains certain things. Chara was freakin' awful. As well as Krejci. Worst games i've seen those two play. Hey maybe they're just getting worse, but maybe this was a one-game thing. We'll see. Our lineup has looked a lot better as of late. Gettin' results.
  15. I looked at that video a lot and Kassian was just looking around guys to continue chirping Gazdic, who was still chirping back.
  16. Yeah, we weren't on the ice, but we do have eyes in our skulls, and we saw Kassian and Gadzic, not Kassian and Gagner being engaged in a scrum. To draw a conclusion that Kassian was mocking Gagner from that is just asinine.
  17. When the Oilers traded for Ryan Smyth, who was, y'know, DONE, they did LA a huge favour, taking away $6mil in dead cap space. LA rhen went on to win the cup, with Dustin Penner who the Oilers also handed over to them for scraps. Oilers GM that stupid? Or collusion? You decide. Ps. Ooooh, i have 'Intense Rage' about this topic. LOL! (If it's over your head, that ain't my fault.)
  18. Anyway, Kassian and Gadzic were yapping, not Kassian and Gagner. But idiot Oiler fans and media will spin anything we do as classless. That being said, f it. The Oilers should show up to a game first. Then maybe they can chirp.
  19. A random Oiler fan said he's never been more embarrassed as a Oiler fan watching that. Lol.
  20. Yeah, it didn't make sense to me that his gestures were applying to Gagner's visor. It's a visor. Who gives a frack. Not to mention it's Gagner. Who gives a frack.
  21. Hey so maybe we finally found out that Weber should've been there from the start.
  22. Hey that's new. Meanwhile Perron took a lame run at him from 100ft away, but that's all gravy for those witty guys on twitter.
  23. It's a shame we can't play a 4th line every night.
  24. Preeeeetty gutless (and useless) shot by Perron there.
