  1. Most vegans are vegan so they can avoid supporting an industry that is brutally murdering billions of animals every year. You're living in denial and you being a dick to people who choose to have a voice for the animals is your prerogative, but if you even touched someone for their beliefs, I'd knock you the &^@# out.
  2. Vegans are losers because they don't support the murder of animals? Based on your grammatical errors and political statements, it's fair to say, it's not your fault you have an IQ of a fish, I apologize to fish for having to compare them to you.
  3. It doesn't make sense to hold onto tickets when I can buy them from season ticket holders at 50% of the value we paid. What's the point? On top of it, asides from Hughes coming up, who else will? I can't think of any one else really. The team is in trouble, I hate to say it, but our rebuild is looking similar to the Oilers minus all the #1 overall's. We are AT LEAST 2 years away from a playoff spot.
  4. Not renewing this year, i'll just buy $20 games on craigslist next year lol - nobody took my free tickets tonight.
  5. My problem with JB is, he's just not very smart to be a GM, sometimes I question if he has the IQ to even negotiate...
  6. great insight, can you give me the lottery numbers for the draw on Saturday as well? while you're at it can you tell me when the world is ending?
  7. anyone who thinks cryptocurrency will be dead or is a fad has no idea what they're talking about. It's an unregulated market, this why you see massive swings, but this is also how you get rich. Just don't put more than you can afford to lose and you'll be just fine.
  8. Doesn't that seem pricey? or is that just the price now in that area?
  9. Makes sense to why Onni's developments are complete and utter garbage.
  10. I actually bought in that building during its pre-sale phase, just curious how much that unit went for as I have the exact same unit a floor above.
  11. Can anyone please tell me how much this unit sold for: 719 W 3rd Street Unit 306 - North Van
  12. Hey man - so I just came back from True North, so I probably should explained my situation first. I've purchased a pre-sale which closes in March - I asked the true north broker I'd like to go through a monoline and he explained they have their own which is Think Financial. But he also said, he can't hold rates for 120 days like the big banks can. He told me monolines need a quick close typically next 40-80 days. I'm assuming you are a broker? PM your details and perhaps we can grab coffee and see if it makes sense to go that route? do you have an office somewhere? Cheers!
  13. Thanks man - I'll reach out to to First National. What about credit union's such as coast capital? any opinion on them?
  14. I'm a clear mortgage noob, i've never dealt with anyone besides the big banks. So I'm just unsure of private lenders - is there anyone you recommend?
  15. CIBC offered me a 2.49 5 year or 4 year at 2.39 TD offered me a 2.44 at 4 year and a 2.59 at 5 year
