  1. I dunno... I honestly think covid is catching up to our boys... they look like they're completely gassed now. I think they were running off adrenaline for those first 2 games against the Leafs...
  2. If you can find somewhere else that quotes them other than those dumb twitter feeds, then sure... I'll say they're credible. It's no different than me spoutting off: "Friedman says "Elias Pettersson expected back in the lineup next week after going through a series of medical examinations." REALLY? WOW! FRIEDMAN is credible so that means Petey is coming back! YAY!
  3. It's always Jim's fault. This pandemic is hit fault too.
  4. Well that settles it, we're screwed... when BuckFoston and BoestMode report on it, you know it's legit.
  5. Just ask yourself who the best player in the deal is..... that will tell you whether or not this is a trade the Canucks should consider.
  6. So what you're basically saying is that the Canucks energy level is now High more?
  7. Yes. In my dream world the Canucks make the playoffs, win a round, then Petey returns, Podkolzin comes over, and they run with it all the way to the finals.
  8. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe the Canucks hold their destiny in their hands already as is. They have 4 games in hand on Montreal, and should they win all 4, they would leapfrog Montreal based on ROWs, which would mean they make the playoffs.
  9. I heard from my coworker's friend's dad's uncle's mom that Petey has an enlarged nostril that is forcing too much air in on one side.
  10. Lol... good thing it's not the playoffs... they would have suspended Edler for an entire series......... Rome says hi btw...
  11. All B.C. adults to be able to register for COVID-19 vaccine by Friday https://www.citynews1130.com/2021/04/19/b-c-adults-register-covid-vaccine-friday/ Oh, forgot to mention, here is the key tidbit from the article: "Once registered, people will be notified by the health ministry about booking a vaccine appointment when it is their age group’s turn. Dix didn’t outline how soon those who register will actually be able to book an appointment to get their shot. Appointment booking is currently open for Indigenous people age 18 and up, other British Columbians age 63 and older, people deemed clinically extremely vulnerable, and anyone living or working in Whistler."
  12. Canucks are totally gonna win the draft lottery this year ...
  13. I don't even care if the boys win any games for the rest of the season. I just hope they (including their families) all get better ASAP. There's way more to life than hockey.
  14. That is a fantastic price for a hockey player of that calibre.
  15. FFS, Bonnie could have done the same analysis as schools with restaurants, churches, and offices and the result would be the same. Maybe we should just not close anything and carry on. I'd be curious how many cases go unchecked since kids seem to be asymptomatic more than they are symptomatic. I'd also be curious how many of those cases from schools make their way into homes and infect the adults in the household -- which in turn are then counted as community transmission and not linked in any shape of form back to schools. There are so many holes in her analyses, but of course you can twist statistics to draw whatever conclusions you want.
  16. Just a political move... registration doesn't mean eligible. BC is just trying to make it seem like they're accelerating the timeline. All they're actually doing is building a database of people online to simply WAIT for their turn. https://www.citynews1130.com/2021/04/12/b-c-ramps-up-covid-19-vaccination-schedule/ "Once you’ve registered, you’ll be invited to book your appointment when it’s your age cohort’s turn to do so." Really sick of these officials and the stupid political games they're playing.
  17. Right? He clearly wants the GMJB Special 6x6 deal.
