Canucks will never get the respect in sports media. Toronto out of all teams that probably did the least effective of moves had a lot of coverage.

The team didn't play well enough for the win.
Yes, there were contributing factors for the loss, but the team still needs to improve.I'd love for the Canucks to get into the playoffs, but even if they don't, the season will play out and we can look forward to the draft.

i agree they could have won and at times outplayed the sharks but it was very obvious that the sharks were a better team. markstrom held the canucks in while the sharks outplayed us. sharks were more dangerous than our team for most of the game. canucks played good and kept it close but they just don’t have the number of talented players that san jose does.

The NHL talks about safety in hockey, but Marchand who has done TWO lowbridge, borderline clipping penalties in one game. Such a talented player who plays dirty. Garbage. He needs to be suspended but he won't.
