Not getting rid of myers until after his signing bonus is paid, which is 5 mill of his 6 mill salary which I think I heard on the radio one day that bonuses got pushed to september instead of july???? (Don't quote me on that, I think I heard it but not 100% sure). If thats the case it makes it WAY harder to move him that late in the summer.

Find me a team that will take on any of the bad contracts without a 2nd coming with it as a minimum. Heck it took a 2nd rounder to dish off Dickenson and his 3 mill contract, find me another team willing to take less than that for cap hits that are even bigger.

I bet video games and TV, etc. have effected that a lot. Now a lot of time "spent" with friends is due to playing online with friends, when a decade ago before online was a big thing, I would have a group of friends over for a video game night with pool/ping pong/air hockey, etc. where we all hung out and played games and spent time with each other. How often do kids do that now?

Never really dabbled in crypto much, sorta kept myself informed and semi-educated, bought and sold a few BTC and ETH ETFs in my broker but thats about all. Feel bad for everyone with all these exchanges going down where lots of money is being lost instantly. Be interesting to see the future of BTC and blockchain in general. One guy I worked with sold his apartment in Montreal, and from listening to him sounded like he parked a good majority of it in XRP as he believed it was the future currency of the world. He was bag holding it back in the summer when we were chatting, not sure what he was down then, but I can only imagine what he could possibly be down now.

Reminds me of a story a cop buddy told me he was going through Tims, got a emergency call and had to put on his sirens, well there was 3 cars infront of him. Plumber is trying to track down a overload sensor. He hot wired it so I can run it manually but he said only like an hour at a time which doesn't do much. Got my gas fireplace running, so thats helping a bit to keep it above freezing. But works gonna be fun outside this week with this wind! Cold is fine, but wind is the death of me lol

I am praying the plumber who came yesterday can find an old part or source a new one for my heater, unless my house is gonna be cold as heck

Dang wind woke me up and I thought "hey I should bring that patio umbrella in quick before it blows over", looked out my window and that exact moment I watched it and the glass table tip over..... Guess I am buying a new table now. And that wind was freaking warm!
