... and lining his pockets with an nhl paycheque. I don't think he's complaining.

the real eye-opener for me with this is that the canucks' all-star representative in 2017, who has only gotten better and been named captain in the ensuing 3 years, is now 6th on the list of who you'd choose from this team: pettersson hughes markstrom boeser miller horvat when is benning gonna pull his head out of his ass and start the rebuild for real?! -
so I don't respect cheap and predatory, which is why I'd hate having tkachuk on my team the same way i hated having torres on my team. and which is why I'm glad kass showed him what comes with the territory of not being an honest, standup player.

just like raffi torres. it can be clean and still be cheap and predatory, which is exactly what it was.

this is dumb. -
solid guess, but it doesn't look like it going by hockeydb.

excellent point. as a sidenote, how about eagle? back to back seasons at a 50+ point pace in his mid-30s. the guy is a champion. we haven't given him the respect he deserves over the last 12 years or so. and when was the last time the canucks had 2 defencemen scoring at a 50+ point pace halfway through a season?

the ejection sucks, but I have no issue with the hit. the canucks need more edge, and it definitely wasn't cheap or an attempt to injure.

he can dry his tears with the $212,500 he gets for going. -

I'm just trying to help you not suffocate, bro. take a breath.

I was more responding to the "it's way easier to find someone who can play along the boards than it is to find someone who can make a play with the puck." I guess what you meant is that getting a player who's good along the boards is easier than getting a player who's good along the boards AND can make a play with the puck, but that's pretty obvious I'd say.

miller wins the battles too, though. leivo vs baertschi would be a better comparison of trade value.

here, you forgot these: ...,...,,,......,,....,,.,..

as it should. he still gets less credit than he's due; I suspect a lot of fans and media, especially those outside this market, chock up a lot of his scoring this year to riding shotgun with petey and brock. for those watching, though, it's really more like burrows was with the sedins -- he's driving the play, and smart, hard plays he makes are the biggest key to the sustained zone time that line has enjoyed.

you don't need to convince me, I'm patient and like juolevi.

well, from their perspective, that's exactly the reason why they call him a bust ...

that's "hockey writing 101" in 2019. a bunch of clowns that think they can predict results based on what's previously happened without understanding WHY it previously happened.
