  1. nothing beats that pump, especially with jack3d with 1,3 Dimethylamylamine (only used preworkout a few times) Im about to go hit legs, squats are the second best part of working out, next to deadlifts
  2. have you tried any programs? Starting strength by mark rippetoe was a great program for me and it is very simple. It will add lots of strength and size. http://startingstrength.wikia.com/wiki/FAQ:The_Program

  4. many studies contradict this, Its more to do with getting carbs because after a workout muscle glycogen is depleted.
  5. i see what i looked like 3 years ago and tell myself i never wanna be that skinny and fragile ever again. Also my hockey playing abilty went from plug to point per game. Also just knowing that you could be a better you, but most importantly it motivated me to quit drinking and i have never been happier.
  6. its easy getting nutritents from food if you weight less than 170 pounds but once you get to like 200 pounds then supplements become a need

  8. currently taking gold standard 100% whey, but only take it when cutting, usually get protein from my food Also, protein pancakes are awesome, just throwing that out there
  9. gotta drink protein for the results not the taste, but i know what you mean, i mix bananas, berries and peanut butter in sometimes to make it taste good.

  11. ya stretch marks are common for me by my rotator cuffs, lats, and arms. I use the stuff for new mothers lol Also, i see many people with curls backs doing deadlifts and its only a matter of time before they snap their $#!+ up, hope thats not you

  13. how are your knees holding up? I did HHIT for a while but started developing knee pains so i do it on the bike now, which i dont find as effective
  14. go natural! Isnt that stuff banned?
  15. YMCA is a solid gym but a little pricey Dont use any supplements but protein
  16. Whats henriks sedins ironman streak if you include playoffs? Whats the all time record for that?
