  1. I inject protein straight to my head
  2. nope, you still need to eat above maintainance, doesnt matter if you 400g of carbs a day, you wont gain weight without eating above maintainance. This is a fact. You can eat mcdonalds, ice cream, and potato chips and still lose weightbif youre in a caloric deficit. Calories in vs calories out.
  3. wont gain any mass regardless of protein intake if you dont eat above maintainance
  4. Everyones body is different, just try 3000 and weigh yourself after a couple weeks and adjust caloric intake if needed. Im also 5'9 but only need 2600 to maintain 195 pounds.
  5. ya nothing wrong with doing chin ups, dips amdpush ups to start but weights will make you gain more muscle mass. You said you wanna gain 10 lbs and of course its optimal for that to be muscle instead of fat so its up to you at the end.
  6. the only way to get your muscles more "defined" is to lower your body fat percentage, which means you gotta lose weight. Or to build more muscle which will cause weight gain
  7. i wasnt very clear with my post so thats my bad, but what i meant was that it doesnt matter how you reach your macros for the day, all that matters is that you reach them. So you can get your protein needs from shakes or from meat, it doesnt matter. The point i was trying to get across was that it doesnt matter if you eat 0g fat in a day, if you eat above your maintanence your going to gain weight and a beginner should just focus on getting their caloric needs and protein needs and worry about fats, carbs and micronutrients when they gain more experience.
  8. getting 30g of fat has nothing to do woth how much weight you gain/loss. Its all about being in a caloric deficit. Doesnt matter if you get 200g of fat or 10g. The deficit is what matters. Just find your caloric maintanence and eat below it
  9. doesnt matter what it was made to do, all that matters is whats it does do. It has simple sugars that are made readily available for immediate energy use and is great for intra workouts. Water on the other hand takes 2-3 hours to be absorbed so that doesnt help much other than quench your thirst.
  10. i say theyre worth it if youre actually serious abouy bodybuilding/powerlifting and the ones ive used seem to be effective. Ive tried jack3d. I usually get tired midway through my workout and the preworkout helps with that. I recently just started drinking gatorade instead of water at the gym and stopped taking preworkout. I suggest you take it if you workout in the morning without eating much but other than that, some gatorade during your workout and a high carb meal preworkout is good enough.
  11. seems like the video doesnt exist, or ford got his goons to take care of the video owner (notsrs) Watching the news right now, two more of fords staff resigned
  12. A catholic bishop gets pulled over and the officer says "have you been drinking tonight sir? Youre all over the road" he replies with "but officer, im a bishop, im supposed to move diagonally"
  13. Watch it be dreggar lol He should take the 40K and run. If he is indeed afraid of revenge once the tape gets out then he should be afraid that him negotiating is public news. (If you know what i mean?)
  14. i reccomend buying from bodybuilding.com in bulk. GNC is massively overprices. I had the strawberry nitro tech and it tasted like ass. But a good diet with any protien will get you results. Never used a multi vitamin either because most vitamins are obtained through food if you got a good diet.
  15. Find your calorie maintance, then eat 3-500 calories less Its quite simple really, most people who are serious about working out go through bulking and cutting cycles
  16. really? I enjoy them, feels good once your done
  17. Saw a skinny kid at the gym swinging (a lot) while trying to curl 40's When will people learn to leave their egos at home and actually workout the muscle when at the gym
