  1. Wow, according to Accuweathers 15 day forecast, Nov 17th and after will be getting pretty chilly and potentially very snowy here, the day time highs will plummet, and the graph indicated the temperature swing at the bottom http://www.accuweather.com/canada-forecast.asp?partner=accuweather&traveler=0&postalcode=V5K%201A1&metric=1&set=99

Ovechkin>Crosby (barely). But I would 100% choose Crosby when making a franchise. He makes players around him better.

This should really help the Lions pass rush. Foley was the co-leader in quarterback sacks last year along with Stevie Baggs

  6. People who enjoy this uncomfortable weather are wierd, its much easier to stay warm than to cool down. Your body is already at a high temperature combined with the heat. Im brown so it tell you im serious about hating the heat. I cant wait till its raining and dark and hockey season!!!
  7. I absolutely HATE heat, I dont mind sunny and 21 or whatever, but 27 or over I cant stand, and im brown My favorite weather is sunny and cold
  8. Is hoping by this time tommorow, that BC boy Dan Hamhuis will be a Vancouver Canuck

  9. LOL wtf, theyre not finishing AGAIN?
  10. One of my favorite Canucks, I admire your heart and passion, you're a big reason the Canucks win games, putting your body on the line, its players like you that give the Canucks a chance to go far in the playoffs. GO CANUCKS GO!!!!

  11. Good luck tonight in Toronto Alex, GO CANUCKS GO!!!

  12. Looks like another cold spell on the way, and snow that will stick around after too http://www.theweathernetwork.com/fourteenday/cabc0308?ref=qlink_lt_14day
  13. Here we go, biggest winter storm since last December Between 20-30 cm of snow could fall here in metro Vancouver, its also the top weather story on the Weather Network. It's starting to come down right now here in North Delta, gonna be a bad evening rush hour and morning commute tommorow morning, yikes I'm glad I dont work on the other side of th Fraser River.
  14. There's a light coating of snow now mostly visable on driveways here in North Delta According to these guys, lots more snow on the way http://vancouver.weatherpage.ca/
  15. Wow if true, there's 5 straight days where could see flurries or heavier snow starting tonight according to the weather network This other website also predicts more cold air coming in which will keep the moisture as snow instead of rain http://vancouver.weatherpage.ca/
  16. Hmm..some relatives in Seattle said they were getting a few flurries tonight. Anyways, checking the radar on weather network website, there seems to be a band of snow heading straight towards the Lower Mainland It's just northeast of Bellingham Washington, moving northeast towards us http://www.theweathernetwork.com/weather/maps/cabc0308?ref=topnav_weather_maps
  17. I was watching the Weather Network last night and one of the ladies said southern BC would be in for a long cold snap, we'll see what happens
  18. Looks like two shots of cold air will be moving in this week and next week, with a chance of flurries Thursday night and Friday. Next week they say it could be significant snowfall accumulations around the Lower Mainland. http://vancouver.weatherpage.ca/
  19. "An area of high pressure will build into Yukon and BC on Friday sending a blast of modified arctic air southwards. Freezing cold temperatures are expected next weekend on the BC coast as the cold air makes it way through the mountains. The GFS model suggests that the cold arctic air will hang around for a little while perhaps past the middle of the month keeping temperatures way below normal for the west coast. For those that are hoping for a dump of snow to make it really look like winter the GFS model does indicate that there is a possibility of this as early as the middle of next week but this is too far off to write in stone. For now the confidence in much colder weather coming this coming weekend is quite high" http://vancouver.weatherpage.ca/?lang=de
  20. Here comes winter boys and girls http://www.theweathernetwork.com/fourteenday/cabc0308?ref=qlink_lt_14day http://www.theweathernetwork.com/weather/cabc0308
  21. We had another power outage here in North Delta last night. Had one on Sunday night as well. The power finally came back on at 3am, went out at like 10:15pm I was coming home from work, and all of Surrey had power, but when you looked across Scott road into Delta, it was pitch black, even the Zellers and Save on Foods had no power on the Delta side. All of Surreys power is underground, but thats not the case for Delta, where its above ground, and since theres alot of trees in the area, all it takes is a strong gust of wind to knock down a tree or branch onto an electrical wire and screw everyone over.
  22. I couldnt wait for summer to end, mainly cause I hate too much heat and of course, hockey season beginning
  23. Well, as of right now, The Weather Network has temperatures dropping and possibly more than 10cm of snow in the Metro Vancouver area on Saturday, along with a few days of wet snow in the long range My link My link
  24. Looks like arctic air will be moving in around Halloween, according to the long range There's even mixed rain and snow in the forecast for these parts on Halloween and Nov 2nd http://www.theweathernetwork.com/fourteenday/cabc0308
