    Yeah, seems pretty soft with not much suddenness to his game. Don’t really like his edge work on his skating at all either. Oh well, let’s see what happens. Gonna go out on a limb here and say not a Tocc type player.

    Need to see what Kravtsov becomes before I make that sort of proclamation.

    I will say that I think there is some hope that since our current stable of Russians don’t have a lot of “floater” in them, perhaps there is hope they can help get that out of Kravtsov’s game.

    I’m not saying its impossible, but I don’t think its the slam dunk you do.

    I’ll give Raty some more slack since he’s only 20, but each of those 3 guys don’t appear to have the offensive potential to form a second line to me. Need to see signs of it fairly soon or I think its kinda fantasyland thinking.

    Not sure I’m vibin’ with the Canucks turning into Team Russia of the NHL. A bit of Russian flavour, sure….but…I don’t know about this. This kid is about 90% towards “bust” territory but if he turns into something then I’ll give Rutherford/Allvin their due credit. My expectations of this occurring are NOT high however.

    Eh, it’s not too bad. If it’s temporary. I look forward to once again feeling the gut churning stress over wins and losses.

    I would never actively root for Canuck losses. Never. But I am remarkably at peace when they lose these days.

    The glory of getting Bedard far outweighs any temporary owning of Binnington….who is an ass, admittedly. Bury that Binnington hate for the greater good…for now.
