    That was a great game tonight. Although Canucks need to work on shooting at empty nets! I'd love some kind of update on Petey. Is it even possible we may seem him soon? Juolevi looked strong again. I have no idea why he wasn't playing before. Canucks have a good energy right now and are playing desperate hockey. Love it.

    Anderson already is healthy, and they're not bringing him back in as cap circumvention. It's pretty shady, just like all their other moves.

    With the Habs' latest lost tonight, fate is back in the Canucks' hands. Before, we needed Habs to lose for us to make the playoffs. Now, technically speaking, we don't, so long as we continue to win the five games we have to catch up to them and match them the rest of the way.

    Two games... and we play Leafs for two more games. Coincidence? It’s a joke to me. 5 min major and game was plenty. It’s not Edler’s fault Hyman already had a buggered knee that was easy to snap.

    Why do they even have a hearing - NHL has already made up its mind. I felt the 5 min major and game misconduct was enough. Maybe if it has been a 2 min minor then he would have deserved a game suspension, but to me the penalty already given fit the crime.

    Toronto sports media really making a massive deal over Hyman injury and the villain Alex Edler. Honestly, Edler deserves no further disciplinary action after serving five minute major and missing half the game, but knowing it’s a Leaf who got injured, don’t be surprised to see a suspension.

    Could you imagine if the Habs end up with one more point than us at the end of the year? I think back to that one game where the refs (one from Quebec) were so horribly calling the Canucks game vs. the Habs game where they missed a high stick causing Myers to go down with a big cut, then Habs tie it up with like a minute left, giving the Habs an undeserved point before we beat them in OT.

    Honestly, if we had Demko tonight, I’d think we could win. Holtby just doesn’t bring it for the team. Maybe that’ll change today. But once Demko is back, he should get ALL the remaining games.

    He must be here talking to Schmidt about #88. Maybe that’s why Schmidt isn’t in the lineup tonight?? He said the wrong thing..?

    One thing potentially going for us is that in many of those final games towards the end, the secure teams (Edmonton, Toronto, Winnipeg) will be putting AHL teams together to play us to rest up for the playoffs. If we keep the pedal to the medal, we could win a good number of those games. It's not impossible.. yet.
