  1. I think my rec league team plays more exciting hockey than this lol Our goals lately have not been the result of chemistry. When was the last time we saw a nice passing play?
  2. Nice hand-eye there Lu. I adore Burrows but he is making some awful plays. Trying to pass the puck THROUGH a person isn't gonna work Burrito
  3. Oh was it!? My bad. I was so proud of myself for that one lol. Garrison passive all around on that last goal
  4. Daniel and Henrik both silent in this game. Only problem is one of them is actually playing in the game
  5. Hockey gods rewarding Jordan Schroeder for all the pain he's been through with his ankle injuries. Well deserved
  6. 21 goals already for David Perron. There's a good off season acquisition for Edmonton. We need a few of those.
  7. I keep waiting for the "real" Canucks to show up. I think I'm coming to the admission that this is the "real" Canucks. I want more from this team but we don't have more to give...
  8. The Canucks just refuse to play a comfortable game eh? That's how a PP should look
  9. Way to go Stan! So well deserved. His one handed backhand is lethal and his game has improved so much just in the last year. It's nice for someone outside the Big 4 to win a Slam for a change.
  10. For sure. The Bryan brothers are changing that a bit now. They're so fun to watch so it's drawing people to pay attention to doubles too
  11. Wow Nestor just continues to plug away eh? He doesn't get nearly enough attention in Canada for his accomplishment. Everyone credits Milos, Vasek, and Genie with the growth of tennis here in Canada but some of it has to be attributed to Daniel too.
  12. I'm the exact same way. I'll always be for Djokovic so if it can't be him I'll pull for the underdog. Plus Wawrinka deserves one. He's stepped up his game.
  13. That was hilarious. She seems like such a genuine person. It's so much better than someone like Serena who speaks in cliches. I'm thrilled for Li Na. She is a great ambassador for the sport in China and around the world. She plays the game the right way and with the right attitude. And her game from a technical standpoint is solid too. She's strong, tactical, and utilizes a wide array of shots during her matches. I root for Serena simply because she's the best in the game, but Li Na was deserving of another Slam. She's a fun and easy person to cheer for.
  14. ^ Props to you guys for staying up to watch! I had to bail. Was way too tired. Fed's backhand isn't what it used to be. He used to rely on it to provide some winners but not any more. Andy Murray is not at 100% health yet. Would have been interesting to see if Fed would have beaten him in better circumstances. Making a semi is a good result, but it was helped by the fact that Andy in the quarters was struggling. So with the loss Wawrinka is now the new Swiss #1. Well deserved IMO. He has toiled in Roger's shadow for a long time
  15. Mike Sullivan is quite good looking... Sorry, back to hockey...we can't score...boo
  16. OMG Mike Sullivan sounds exactly like Torts It's a trick you guys!
  17. I should just copy and paste everything I've written in PGT's for the past month. Everything applies to every game.
  18. 0/5 But still the fault of the officials right?
  19. Our PP is as anemic as the wave the fans are currently trying to get going
  20. Tanev is made of the exact opposite of what Sami Salo is made of
