      @Devron44 Nah it's all in good fun. All the gaslighting and gatekeeping is definitely getting old, though.

      @kanucks25,

      The analogy would be similar to this.  A colleague of mine continuously sleeps with professional sex workers.  I mention to him that he’s taking a huge risk and that something bad would likely happen to him in the future in the form of STD’s.  He says, “nope I’m good!  I use condoms all the time.  I also never make out with any of them.”

      Two years later, he gets hit by a car and becomes a paraplegic.  The driver of the car is a pimp that was angry because the colleague owed him money.  I then visit him in the hospital and say, “I told you so!”

      As Patel already pointed out, not sure what you think you're pointing out but it' doesn't appear to be what you've been complaining about the past few years that is ailing the Canucks right now (though I don't think any of us truly know what 'that' is anyway).

      Vast swaths of our lineup (and largely key contributors) are massively underperforming. Pettersson especially is a shell of himself. Whether that's bad coaching, a rift in the locker room, something else, a combination of multiple things...? None of us have any idea beyond guesses.

      What is puzzling/disturbing is the apparent inaction of ownership/management to deal with it (whatever 'it' is) as of yet.
