Question before cdc is gone, what day did it officially launch? I was here April 8, 2003 and I know I’ve seen a few others with dates in March 2003.

Moved over, thanks for setting up the new site and making it seamless! Been on cdc since 2003, didn’t post much but came here almost daily for news and a good laugh and sometimes a tear. Maybe I’ll hit more than 40 posts on the new site before the next 20 years rolls past.

April 2003 for me. This is where I go to get all my hockey news, daily nux fix and get my blood pumping in the morning. This place is like coffee and drugs all rolled into one.

Ditto, I have it bookmarked on my phone but if I was on another device I had to google my way in because I couldn’t find it on the website. It’s been like this for a long time.

Why? Why do you people continue to dredge up the pond scum that is he who shall not be named? I try hard to forget he played for the Nux and at least once a year someone has to bring it up and remind me that he spent time wearing our jersey. Then it takes me days, sometimes weeks, to get back to a mentally safe space where the memory of those 3 years never happened. How about we try this; the next time you get the inclination to post anything to do with that waste of oxygen, you think twice before hitting the post button. Go for a walk, slug back a 40 of whiskey, take a hike up the grouse grind or go for a swim to Nanaimo and back, then think, is it really necessary to bring him up again? Then if you still feel like posting about him, get someone to break your device so you can’t do it. Save the rest of us the mental anguish. Ugh, let the processing begin. Long live Trevor. Go Canucks go!

The only prediction that will come true about the draft is that no matter what happens, 1/2 of CDC will love it, 1/2 of CDC will hate it and a couple years from now all of CDC will say I told you so….

Was at the game last night with a good view of that goal, it gave me goosebumps. No hesitation on his part, he just walked into the middle of the ice and let it fly. It was nice and yeah he needs to do it more.
